Amigos/Kings Classic — Restaurant in Lincoln

I was taking my dog for a walk in the morning I need to get him some water. They opened up at 7 o’clock. No one was there. It was a ghost town not surprising how well I was treated. Then I rang the doorbell instead of just opening up the door, saying hey, we’re too lazy to walk 2 feet open up the door take an order. No one was going through the drive-through. One of the workers walked all the way to the back door to tell me that I can’t walk through the drive-through and I can’t go to the walk up because it’s not 11 o’clock we could have already had the order done. I could’ve been eating some delicious food but now I’ll never go back. and I called the number and let them know that I was unsatisfied with my service and she’s like I’m just doing the books. We can’t help you because half of our super small store doesn’t open at 11 I’m like oh that doesn’t make any sense she’s like I don’t know what to tell you, sir I’m like well talk to your manager. hopefully this will help out the amigos corporation figuring out how to properly treat their customers I really do like the blue raspberry glacier twist. Biggest issue was they asked us at the speaker if we wanted cheese or ranch for the tacquito. We said ranch. Got to the window and saw they put cheese in so asked for the ranch we ordered. With a glare she told us that it was 55€. Told her we had ordered it and she argued that it came with cheese. We just gave up. We also had an issue when we were ordering that they didn't listen fully and repeated back the wrong size of drink (didn't correct her). I went through the drive thru today with a coupon, when I presented it at the window I was told it was only for a large burrito bowl so I asked to go through the drive through and change my order to something I wanted. The cashier was extremely hostile about it and said I guess as she rolled her eyes at me. When I went through again to order she refused to speak to me at the window or look at me.
