Arby's — Restaurant in Lincoln

Convenient location with adequate parking. The area is kind of rough. People from the next door no tell motel, as I would call it, we're standing/siting around outside trying to use the Arby's free WiFi. Two people pulled up in a car, came in and sat down without ordering anything, there to use the WiFi only. There was a beat up looking car that came through the parking lot three times as we were eating, don't know what that was about. There was a guy who appeared to have come from the motel, he paced the parking lot while he was talking on his phone, the entire time we were there. The exterior looked well maintained with expected trash in the parking lot. As for the interior, men's bathroom could have used a minor cleaning, toilet paper and soap needed to be stocked. The food tasted fresh but the curly fries we're almost cold and seemed to be bottom of the bag bits and pieces. There were a couple self serve sauce cotainers that were empty. Not easy to find a place to sit because most of the empty tables needed to be washed off. My sandwich comes cut in half. Only the bread was cut in half, what was between The bread was not which made it a little more messy to deal with. I'm guessing the bread was cut first and then the sandwich was made. The staff appeared a little rough around the edges, tatoos and body piercings but I don't judge people solely on freedom of self expression. They all were very clean, polite, and friendly, and...

Went to lunch today ordered Angus cheesesteak hoagie took three bites tasted terrible. My friend ate his butt said he would never order it again. I took mine up and said that I didn’t like it and they said that they would fix it for me, but I told him you can’t fix it. I don’t like it Taste it terrible the sauce was bad and I would never be able to eat another one they said, would you ice would you like something else? I suggest give me a regular roast beef and cheddar and they said OK but then they try to charge me for it after I spent $14 and always took three bites of the Sandwich. Do you think they would just give me a one of the cheapest sandwiches they got it ain’t like I ate over half of the sandwich. I barely ate some. They told me they couldn’t do that so I said bad customer service I won’t be back. No advise everybody else to do the same because if you don’t like what you get, they make you pay for something to replace it even though you barely touched it. Before I continue I want to make a few things: I have a big family so I’m used to having to spend a lot of money/ having a big order, and I’m used to them pulling me to wait, that’s ok! All the time we go through the drive through they NEVER ask me if it’s a big order and they useualy never had a problem, till now!

So one day my big family decided to go to Arby’s. We pull up. The person who took our order never said anything about being short staffed so we order. We pay. They pull us. A girl by the name of Amanda comes out with our order, shoves the bags in our face, hard enough to where we almost dropped our food, and says “next time you come through and have a big order, tell us before hand cause we are short staffed and only have two people” all in a snotty attitude.
