We did not receive all of our ordered items, Noone ever answers at the store, and customer service doesn't respond back. Been almost 3 weeks. Ridiculous you spend money on food and don't get it all, yet can't receive your money back for what you didn't receive. If you want to just give them money, go ahead and order from here. Otherwise, I'd pick a new location.

I filled that out once. I was told someone would contact me. Obviously that has not happened. I filled it out again for you, but honestly, this is a joke. It's been 3 solid weeks and I'm still at a loss with you stealing my money. And I say stealing because you've never done one thing to rectify the situation. I paid for a product I didn't receive. The sandwich was garbage, and the delivery driver left our food in the rain without a knock, ring bell ring, anything. We had no idea it was even there. YOUR DRIVER not just some Doordash driver. Thanks for not making it right in any way, it shows a lot about your company and your lack of customer service.
2nd edit: it's been over a month since I submitted the contact form, again. Still have had zero contact from the store. At the VERY LEAST I wanted to get refunded for what we didn't receive. At this point I'll chalk it up to a loss, and theft on your part since you've done absolutely nothing to even attempt to make it right. You lost a customer and I will be sure to let anyone know Sids is definitely a better option and he actually cares about his customers. Stop supporting this...
Read moreDon't order delivery through their website. They "never got" my order. They sent me a confirmation email. They charged my card. They never showed up. When I called to see what was taking so long they claimed to not have my order, didn't have any interest in actually fulfilling my order, and apparently don't even have anyone that can get a refund taken care of working today. Supposedly they'll have the manager take care of that tomorrow. But if their email confirming my order can't be trusted, I'm not really sure why I should trust some random employee's word over the phone.
Update: This happened on Saturday. Meaning the refund was supposedly going to be taken care of on Sunday. There was no sign of it by Tuesday, so I called again and the manager said he hadn't been told about it. But since I also put in a complaint through their company website, he had just today received an email about it. Now he's saying he put through the refund which should go through "right away". Only their computer is authorizing a refund of 18 cents less than they charged me. The money is isn't a big deal, but you have to wonder what's going on with their system that its set up to make sure the customers can't get all...

First the guy taking orders smeared the mess across the long cutting board with 2 little napkins then proceeded to ball them up and toss it in the air so he could swing the bread knife like a baseball bat trying to slice the ball. When he missed.. he left the dirty ball of towel on the floor. Then I stood there and watched 3 customers come and go and I still didn’t have my order. When I was asked if I had 2 sandwiches I said no you gave my sandwich away to someone else and he tried to argue that he didn’t. He said I have yours right here and when he went make it was not what i ordered. So I told him what it was supposed to be and when I got it it was slopped together and completely squashed flat. Not one of the 4 people were apologetic and even acted like they cared and I honestly could tell if a single one was management so I attempted to eat it and left. Tried to use yelp to review them but couldn’t even find them….they truly need to close this dive and put in another business! Worst sandwich...
