Amigos/Kings Classic — Restaurant in Lincoln

this place was the coolest looking amigos i’ve ever been to! i really appreciated the woman who was interviewing individuals … she was so helpful & nice to us and i wanted to write a review to show my appreciation towards her. she let my mentee & i sit in the place that was supposed to be for employees only because the kiddo really wanted to sit there, then assisted us with making sure tables were clean for us to sit. she also got us napkins when there was a spill and was just super kind to us, even simply making conversation with us in between her duties ??? like what & so much more that i didn’t mention, but it’s really the little things. she never once was rude or seemed annoyed, but seemed joyful and glad to help us with anything we needed. even though i’m horrible with names lol i hope she knows her service was absolutely wonderful & doesn’t go unnoticed. may the good Lord continue to bless this...

I recently visited this Amigos (on Cornhusker Hwy) and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the outset, the customer service I received was lacking in professionalism and basic courtesy. Both staff members (Isabella & Christina) that I interacted with was dismissive and unhelpful, which made resolving my issue unnecessarily difficult.

What was most concerning was the poor attitude displayed. Rather than addressing my concerns, I felt that my needs were brushed off, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. I was treated with impatience, and it seemed as though the staff did not value my time or business.

Customer service is a critical part of any business, and I believe there’s significant room for improvement in how issues are handled and how customers are treated. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works towards creating a more positive experience for...

Food was cold and I just got 2 hard shell tacos and some nachos and the guy messed them up, I said no guacamole and he put a lot on it and I asked for extra enchilada sauce and it was cold my tacos were cold and now you have to pay for Pico which you never had before. I probably won't go back ever again. Not happy about the service nor the fact my food was extremely cold, and my friend got a taco salad and her shell had a huge hole in it. I gave up on waiting forever to get my food heated up. You guys have lost a lot of business. Please make it right or else you have lost a lot of people. Yes I will report you company to the health department. Then you guys had roaches all over your mild and hot sauce and Ranch not at all clean. This one was on cornhusker. NEVER AGAIN.
