Subway — Restaurant in Lincoln

Whenever I go to this location the employees are either rude or mess with your sandwich in some way, especially for online orders. For example, if you select the more or less option, they will do the opposite of what it says. If you order in the store, you can at least call them on it and have them add more, but you can't use the discount codes in the store. Yesterday I ordered 3 sandwiches, which is over $35 without a discount, and I selected extra lettuce on all 3. I even said "extra lettuce on all 3 please" in the instructions, because this is not the first time I've had this issue. When I got the sandwiches home it was like they had just sprinkled it onto the sandwiches and about half of each one didn't even have any lettuce on it at all. 3 sandwiches were supposed to last us 2 days, but there was so little on them, they were almost gone in one meal. While the guy was nice, its unacceptable to mess with people's food orders.

Had a friend pickup our online order and meal was made incorrectly. Called to have it fixed, they offered to remake and refused any kind of reimbursement or discount for the wasted gas to make 2 trips. Then the managers boyfriend loitered in the lobby trying to intimidate my friend to protect his girl friends pride. Not a good look. 10/10 recommend a different location. Totally unprofessional.

UPDATE. Got the replacement sandwiches and they ruined them out of retaliation for the complaint. Drowned one in Sriracha and put an insane amount of jalapeños on the other. Dont even seem to be toasted. Will not be returning and considering calling corporate. Didnt spend $25 for this...

I go to this subway a lot because it’s close to where I work. Yesterday I stopped in for lunch and I was running short on time, and honestly just having a bad day. I got the best service from the girl working at the time!
