Casey's — Restaurant in Lincoln

I have been to this store at this location several times and have NEVER had a good experience any of those times, The service is HORRIBLE, they are RUDE and VERY SLOW. They will sit and carry on a conversation with someone and totally ignore the fact that I am there waiting to check out, this has happened alot with me and my boyfriend there. We stopped to get gas not that long ago and I kid you not, we were there for over 30 mins, while the manager was outside in the parking lot smoking, REALLY???? I went this morning for a slice of the breakfast pizza, they had none, and there was no one even making any, all they had was 2 egg, cheese and canadian bacon so that is what i took, and i decided to get a donut, there was NOTHING to grab the donut and nothing to put it in, when i asked the cashier by her attitude you would have thought i asked her to get in her car and go get me something. When i opened my breakfast sandwhich it was FLAT, i dont mean alittle, I mean it looked like someone sat on it. My canadian bacon was BURNT, so i took it off and still my eggs and cheese tasted like the burnt Canadian Bacon, needless to say i had 2 bites and threw it away! I WILL NEVER GO BACK there and I will tell EVERYONE i know to stay away from there! Every visit there was like we were bothering them. I know that me complaining on here wont do anything, but I hope maybe this will light a fire with someone who works there and maybe just maybe try and fix things there because that is the worst station i have...

This Casey's is closest to where I live, so I frequent it regularly.

It has VERY tasty food! The chicken sandwiches and pizza slices are always delicious, and are almost always in stock. The problem is the service, sometimes. Usually the cashiers are pretty friendly, but often later at night, one particular cashier is difficult to deal with. He uses a Bluetooth speaker to blast his personal music right next to the till so it's hard to hear. He rarely speaks, and when he does he mumbles and slurs his words so I can't understand him at all. He's definitely American, so it's not a language barrier. It has sometimes gotten to the point where if I see him working, I will make a point to come back later.

Employee from the kitchen was not working how she should be. I was calling in on phone to make an order of chicken wings and as soon as I said “ I’d like to make an order of chicken wings “, she was saying “ ughhh “ very loudly which I can hear very clear. And so I told her to just let me know if the food is not available. And she said she didn’t hear me. When I said she has to ask again if didn’t hear me instead of saying ughhhh . She was like do you still want to make your order or not? How rude. Some people just want to make money without working. She even claimed she’s a manager. I called at 4:35 PM Friday 26,2022.
