Decided to get a tres leches cake from here for my birthday as it came highly recommended...called and placed the order asked several times if I needed a conformation number or something and verified the date and time of pick up. When my father arrived to pick it up had no cake or record of the order and didn't seem bothered by the fact that they didn't have a cake ready. The bread is really good, but my wife order a big cake for my kids birthday, paid it the same day she order it.. We when to pick up the cake and they forgot to make our cake 😡😡 at the end my kids didnt have cake for their birthday... Asked for our money back and they made us wait like an hr cuz the owner wasnt there, when she finally arrived, she asked us to wait and they could make ah small cake for us, but it was ganna take couple hrs cuz they didnt have...

Absolutely terrible staff, ordered birthday cack when picked up the cake I got home. It was not what we ordered so we called them and they hang up the phone disconnect disconnected.
