The service in the store was incredibly poor. When I walked in there was another customer waiting and she told me "good luck, they've been ignoring me for 10 minutes even though the screen says my order is ready and I've asked about it twice". I had the same experience. There were at least 4 employees near the register and I've never felt so invisible in my life. They weren't even that busy in fact at times I could hear them just making chit chat with each other. They obviously couldn’t care less about providing decent service. I completely understand if a restaurant is busy or having problems which causes service to be slow. What I don't understand or accept is when the employees completely ignore customers. I finally had to flag someone down and ask him about my order which was sitting there ready and PAID FOR. There was another customer who was obviously upset and appeared to be requesting a refund. I also understand that the labor market is very difficult right now but seems like businesses have to find a way to hold employees responsible for doing their jobs or people will eventually just stop going there....

Ordered pizza for my family tonight, my son in law went to pick it up since I am disabled, made it the 7 miles back to my house and realized that one of the pizzas I ordered was completely messed up. Ordered a Meatzza with banana peppers added. What I ended up with was a plain cheese add banana peppers. Called to let them know and ask if they would bring it out to us since our meal costed over $50 and was met with nothing but "we can give you store credit" never even got to speak to a manager or anything. I am didabled and not able to drive on my on my own and was met with nothing but rudeness and no help what so ever. I will never order from here again. Never got the store cerdit...
Read moreI used to order all the time but I will now never order from this location again. The messed up my order, refused to refund or replace my order and then when I took the pizzas back in there and was walking back out one of the kids flipped me off. Not worth wasting money on anymore when there are other businesses that are more deserving. Way to go on losing more customers.
Update : I went back on my lunch break and talked to day shift who was very helpful and nice. They were able to resolve my issues and apologized for everything. It is still going to be awhile before I return if I do at all. Hope that the 3 from the night shift Responsible get in trouble for the way they treat...
