A summertime and a Lincoln staple! Always a pleasure to return to this place. It has an easy enough location on Front Street and there's a small amount of parking available. If you arrive at a busy time, you'll likely need to find street parking and earn that ice cream by walking on over.
There are so many flavors with all the different types of "ice cream" - solid, soft serve, frozen yogurt.
During this last visit I ordered a "small" - which is plenty for one or even two people. It's served in a cup with two scoops. You can choose different flavors (I went with caramel cookie dough peanut butter and coffee oreo) all for less than $4! The ice cream was DELICIOUS - creamy, and the flavors were definitely true to their description.
Always a pleasure to come in and see what new creations have been churned. As a kid growing up in Lincoln, this place has always evokes a bit of nostalgia of my yesteryears - don't...
Read moreBeen coming here for years and usually it is always 5 star worthy but today my gf and I were a little disappointed. Most of the time we come here our go to is a brownie sundae which is always so good and comes with 2 brownie triangles on the sides (as pictured below) and a little at the bottom along with the hot fudge. We came here 4/6 and got a small brownie sundae which was perfect and with two brownie triangles (pictured below), yet today we got the same thing but this time there were no brownie except for a little bit at the bottom. Itâs a little weird and upsetting to order an item that is always made a particular way only to be let down with receiving less of a product, as their prices are a little up there (~$20 for two small sundaes). We will always continue to come here as we love it but hope that next time we do come here there is more...
Read moreWe went on Sunday and the next day was going to be their last day open this season so they were out of quite a few flavors. Understandable though. However, my whole families always enjoys how friendly the young people working here always are. Since they were out of flavors we kept having to refer back to the board to make other choices and the young lady helping us was super patient. Yes some people may feel like âwell they better be because they were the ones out of stuffâ but letâs be real, people arenât always patient like that. She kept a smile on her face and a positive attitude and that helped us not feel upset either although we were disappointed that some of us didnât get to have our favorites. Looking forward to next year! Keep up the great work choosing/ training awesome young people better than many adults in customer service...
