We arrived about 10:30 am on a Sunday for breakfast. The place was kind of messy but we didn't have to wait to order. Two others were in my group. Two crew members took our orders. One didn't seem to understand English very well and the other was a 15-year-old boy who demonstrated a distinct disinterest in taking our orders. The crew member who had trouble with English also seemed, separately, not to know what was on the menu or how the food presentation works. Two of us were given numbered plastic table tents so our orders could be brought out to us. The third wasn't given any table tent. The crew member who was struggling ended up shouting my tent number from the counter so I would come get my food. The member of my group with no tent eventually had his ORDER number called, so he could go get his food. And then the struggling crew member brought the meal to our third member, at our table. So who knows how it's actually supposed to work these days, but why give me a tent with a different number (not my order number) if you were never going to being the food out to my table anyway? Meanwhile, one of my group found a nasty black hair in his breakfast sandwich, but by this time, there was a crowd of customers waiting around the front counter, and he had to wait over five minutes for the manager to replace his food. This isn't even the full list of odd or irritating events during this visit, but suffice to say the whole exercise was like fictional satire of the fast food industry and McDonald's in particular. I could hardly have imagined a more fitting or...
Read moremy wife and i were in there with 2 grand kids friday dec 15 at around 8:45pm when we walked in the was no one sitting in the dining area. we were helped and ordered our food and went to sit down. there was not a clean table in the whole place except for one table that an employee was sitting at on there phone. the employee was very loud and you could hear him from the other side of the dining area. we cleaned our own table and picked up our food and sat down to eat. mind you there was at least 8 to 10 employees on staff at this time. i get it if it was busy and they were understaffed, but that wasn't the case. the whole place was filthy with ketchup smeared all over by the cup, lid and straw area. food stuck to the floor debris everywhere. the burgers were luke warm and we had requested bbq sauce for the nuggets kid meal and 1 male and 1 female toy for the grand kids. we got 2 girls toys and no bbq sauce (which wasn't a big deal) so i went up to exchange it and get the bbq sauce and was treated like i was bothering them. needless to say we wern't impressed and more than likely won't be back. i'm not looking for free meals or any comps just thought if it was my place i'd...
Read moreI recently had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at McDonaldâs. The representative I spoke with was extremely rude. I was talking to a very kind worker who got yelled at by a manager named Liz. The lack of professionalism and efficiency was frustrating, and it felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. I feel extremely bad for the amazing worker who was helping me. She is getting mistreated by a disrespectful manager. I donât believe the manager Liz is in the right profession. She should not be working in customer service if she canât be nice to people. The manager also gave me one of the meanest faces I have seen for simpIy not knowing where the trash can was. I am a very frequent customer who enjoys McDonaldâs very much but coming into the restaurant today and being treated was such disrespect breaks my heart. You just lost a loyal customer due to ur employees hurtful and unprofessional attitude. I hope they can work on improving their customer service to better assist their customers...
