Very frustrated with you guys. We wont be coming back anymore. Workers come to your window without masks and make you order from them instead of the actual drive through with menu and speaker. We only put our window down a bit and asked if we could order from the drive through because we didnt want the worker in our face with no mask. He said he is not required to wear a mask since he is vaccinated. I wasn't asking him to put a mask on, i just wanted to order at the drive through. He said he needed to talk to the manager to see if that's possible. We were told we could not do that and had to order from the food pick up window which has no menu to look at. There were hardly any cars there so they were not that busy. What is the point to have a drive through if you don't allow people to use it. We drove off without even ordering. Some people can't get the vaccine due to health issues like me and some people with lung problems could die from covid like me. They would not compromise for my safety so i will never be back and tell others to stay away as their safety practices are dangerous to those with health problems. They could at least put empathetic employees outside who are willing to keep a mask in their pocket in case there are other customers like us who drive up with a mask on so they can put theirs on for the safety of the customers. I would give zero stars...
Read moreFood was great, the manager was a jerk! Parents everywhere go to chick-fil-A at lunxh to give their kids a place to play and socialize. So when at least 3 chick-fil-A employees swarm to to the play area and kick out the children it's a bit concerning. I along with 2 other parents ask what was going on and the employees said they weren't sure they were just told to clean the play area...it was 11:30am. So we asked if this was normal, they said no. We asked if there was a spill they said no. So I asked for a manager and spoke to a man in a Polo shirt with no name tag who was rude and not once spoke in the manner I expect from an employee of chick-fil-A. The way he spoke to me during my conversation even had another parent step in to help defend my stance that the employee's should tell us if there is a spill, an accident or if a child was ill so we can properly respond (like with tubs of hand sanitizer.) He just stared at me like i was inconveniencing him by making my concern known. After he left, I turned to the other parent and they said he was a jerk, which was just what I was thinking. Kudos to the young employee with the headband who was extremelly kind and listened to my concerns and got the manager as I requested. She acted exactly like a chick-fil-A employee should and carried herself more like the manager than the guy...
Read moreYou know that feeling when someone you look up to disappoints you? I had that feeling last week after going through the drive-up when I got attitude from a manager at the window over a coupon for a free sandwich. The cashier asked at the order board what the coupon said and I told her but after looking at the receipt at the window, noticed the discount didn't apply. She agreed that it must have glitched and called a manager over who said, "It must be expired". I replied that I had even studied the card in the drive-up waiting line and there was no expiration date. There was some sort of "00530" number which I assumed was a location code but was clearly not an expiration date. The manager replied, in a snotty tone, "it must have rubbed off, it is expired.". I guarantee there was no date on that card and I thought that it could have been handled better. At least pull the coupon back out and look at it! Sandwich was still good but my interest in going back has lessened. I expect something like this from McD's but not Chic-fil-A. The location in St. Joe, which I hit about 2 or 3 times a month, is much better and hasn't disappointed in 4 years. I'm assuming part of this is...
