McDonald's — Restaurant in Lincoln

This location has been a disappointment on several occasions. I question how they even got five stars. They don’t even deserve the one I gave them for this review. I say that they have been a disappointment several times because I come here because of MCDONALDS the company, but people that work here are lackluster. The employees don’t put all of your food in your bag. Very monotone and seem to want to rush your order. Today took the cake. I work in Lincoln and my time is very valuable. As soon as I pulled up to the intercom, I was told to hold on. So I did, but in the other drive through it was booming! Welcome to McDonalds, how may I take your order? Three cars. After the third car I finally say ma’am?! A disgruntled employee says how may I take your order? I give her the order. She tells me my total and I go to the first window. The pimpled face cashier takes my card and reads my name. Hands me my receipt and says to have a grand day. I get to the second window and that cashier asks was it a medium or large drink. I reply a large. She hands me my food and says have a great day. I park my suv in a nearby parking space and walk into the restaurant. I bring my receipt and tell the cashier on the front line that I am disappointed at the poor service that I was given today. I will be sure to call corporate and to complain on this establishment. She interrupts me and says the manager is right there. I continue and say for you to take three cars before me is upsetting. I only come here because I work in this city. The front line employee again says the manager is right there in the corner. I do not even acknowledge her because I am speaking so loudly that management can hear me. Never do I cuss, never do I attempt to charge at the employee, never do I entice any form of violence. I am speaking my mind on the service that I received on this day. I am a consumer just like any one else and to receive such poor service, behooves me. I am honestly shocked and a little bit hurt because I “was” truly hungry. I intend on reviewing this on yelp and calling corporate. Lincoln McDonalds you must do better. You served the wrong one today because I have time. DO NOT STOP AT...

My daughter was here in Lincoln, Alabama visiting with my 13 y/o and 11 y/o grandkids and she wanted to treat her “Mimi”, my mother, with a Grandma McFlurry. After placing the order for 4 McFlurries in the drive thru, a girl yells out, “y’all trying to put me to work!” There was silence and then my daughter apologized to her for making her go through the trouble but she was visiting from out of town and wanted to surprise her grandmother.Then, the girl making the McFlurries said over the intercom , “whatever.” We all just looked at each other like, WTH??? Is this for real??? My daughter paid for the McFlurries and the girl that made them handed them to her and said, “Y’all have a blessed day.” We all looked at each other again with another WTH look? The young woman that collected our money told her she said that because she was mad. Crazy, huh? We took them a short distance home and surprised my mother without telling her about the incident at McDonalds and what we went through to get them. We didn’t want to spoil her good time even though it kinda spoiled ours at first. We had fun making a video of our “ Mimi McFlurry” but THIS is the last time I will ever purchase anything from the Lincoln McDonalds. And yes, we watched her make them through the window out of fear she would spit on them or contaminate them some sort of way. Most of the people here are friendly but they are always messin my boyfriends order up and he gets the same thing here same time everyday and get ill when u tell its wrong.also there is a young blonde headed girl here who everytime i come in here she rude she is one the ones who got mad and told me my oder wasnt wrong also over charged me for it i said i only wanted chicken,mayo,white cheese, and the bacon only on my club house she puts in extra bacon extra cheese put lettuce on it and ketchup i take it back to her tell her what they done she says it ant wrong how is it wrong once again i told her she gets pissy about it and didnt fix where she over charged for all the extra so i was almost late back to work then i came in this morning like i do every morning she usually ant here in the mornins but she is today i came in with a good mood and she is rude an snappy with me and tosses my food on counter also puts it in to go back when i was eating here which i was ok with thay part she is nice to all the men in here this morning but rude to me every time i come here even befor the time she screwed my orderup she was rude but now i dont even want ti be here anymore bc i have bad anger problems and i want to drag her across counter if they would get rid of her and couple other of the younger rude ones...
