That's nice That they take care of their employees but it would be nicer if they would take care of their customers as well. The employees at the G Street location have treated customers very terribly. Just last night after going to the drive thru, my son and I went in to get a refill and were screamed at, accused of pulling a cup out of the trash can to get a refill, and told to leave! When I showed her my receipt, she apologized, but it was half-heartedly, and didn't really matter at that point. I should have never given them my business again after that. But I went again this morning and the girl who was working the drive-thru told me, "I'm not going to serve you!" and slammed the window in my face! When I went to the second window I asked the kid why she said that, and he apologized, and told me he doesn't know what her problem was, and that her name was Laura Rogers. I don't know or have the slightest idea, what her problem was either, but that's no way to talk to customers! I go there EVERY DAY on my way to work, and that girl (who I just learned her name today) is almost always rude. It is really upsetting, especially when I have my kids in the car. They used to love going to McDonald's; now, it's a really negative experience for them, and they ask to go to Burger King instead now. I don't like Burger King much. I mean last night my son was quite traumatized. We have been going to this McDonald's since he was a toddler. I'm glad they treat their employees well, however, it is equally important to focus on customer service. After all, it is the customers whom allow the...
Read moreI have been a customer and a Doordash employee dashing there for over 2 years . Today I encountered a new manager and a new employee. I arrived at the counter I'm confirming the order on the phone Jesus Rodrigues walks up and tells me to confirm the order with him and on my phone I replied with the last 3 numbers asked for confirmation and confirm the order on my phone already . I said that to him ke kept telling me I needed to do it as I repeated and turned my phone screen to him . It seemed he spoke Spanish so I also replied in Spanish. However at this point of having to explain myself again and he tells me you have to show me . Which I did I asked for the manager who was right there next to him apparently. The manager tried to defend he's supposed to check .. again I had confirmed it already 3 times and in front of her apparently manager Doris Ramirez. She then said he has a language barrier and couldn't understand which is a lie I spoke to him in Spanish also and he replied to me in English instead . Then I told her my observation the problem is he doesn't listen or pay attention. You should get on that . She said that's it I'm giving you a bad review and I said good I'll do it too . I asked for their names to report them to doordash business because they have been like this to other dashers as well and it isn't fair. I left as I spoke to doordash and she didn't know what to do but call the police . The owner of this establishment needs to also...

I explained i was waiting for someone so we can order together and she said NO and treated me like i was a homeless woman camping out inside ! She said they have a strict policy but her employees boyfriend was able to sit in the lobby just fine along with a man who was clearly on drugs. I asked an employee why they didnt have to buy something and he said they are "regulars". im a professional and they looked trashy and ordered nothing! I bought a drink & she tried giving me a small without asking. so i asked for a large and she said " u dont have to be rude to me ok !". Take your own advice lady no wonder u are as old as u are still working a minimum wage job u will never make it in life with that attitude. Calm down and maybe you wouldn't...
