Old Town Pizza — Restaurant in Lincoln

Do NOT order delivery EVER from this place! If you go there in person and dine in you have better chance to get a decent meal ..however their care for quality when it comes to delivery is "out of signt out of mind" ... you order a margharita with chicken they send over chicken , cheese and aflredo sauce. You pay extra for EXTR peperoni and EXTR cheese and you get barely any of either ....and when you dare to complaint about the poor quality or completely wrong pizza you received there is zero remorse for taking you hard earned money and giving you Little Ceasers quality. The store didnt even attempt to do the right thing and say - hey we dropped the ball , sorry... Please do NOT waste your hard earned dollar getting delivery from this place in todays economy! Looking at the other reviews im starting to think they are boosting their rating with FAKE REVIEWS !!

UPDATE: Owner claims women who choose their establishment for dinner on Mothers Day are not entitled to opinion and only 1 customer per table / order can post a review per comment below. Also , they are claiming i am not "accurately representing" what took place ...how? Is my question? The receipt clearly says in pure english Margheritta plus chicken and Extra cheese/ Pepperoni ...idk how im misprepresenting it. You all reading the review be the judge if we received what we paid for... also i fail to see a basic " we are sorry we failed to perform " ...via email, call or here( and btw we did call you first before we posted here so please dont paint your customers as villans for pointing you dont seem to care)...If the owner send us a refund or any sort of " we are sorry we dropped the ball" instead of the ignorant - we get it ! you dont like it n we dont care. Or if i missed that call, email or comment here i will gladly amend parts of my comment but to this day they have showed zero remorse for taking money from people and providing subpar quality at best. Best of luck to you ! Consumers are smart ..lincoln is growing and new options are coming..if you dont get your act together you will lose ..not us as consumers ..we dont need you ,...

This is a LONG overdue review! My husband and I have lived in Lincoln a majority of our lives and have always loved Old Town. The food is always top notch and they have the best staff. Today we decided to have a spontaneous date night with our 1 year old since we were in the area, as we have since moved away from Lincoln. We went to our favorite place and from the start it was great! The hostess was very nice and attentive, offered any amenities we needed for our daughter and also directed me to the bathroom since I was clearly confused where to take her for a diaper change. Our server Billy, was transparent from the beginning! After seating us he let us know that he was finishing up with his remaining tables upstairs so that if we needed anything and could not find him, that's where he would be. He checked on us regularly and was just oh so pleasant with our kiddo. That really was a big deal for us because she's in her stranger danger mode and cries at just about anyone who says "hi" to her, including her own grandfather. However, no tears were shed for Billy! When we were able to figure out our food, we then tried to decide what to get her and Billy mentioned that they had a kids size pizza. Perfect! Our food came out in a timely manner and when mine was delayed (which I had not even noticed!) Billy was clear and honest with what happened which there was a small collision in the kitchen and my pizza had to be remade. Totally fine with me! Our food industry workers are working hard and just having the up front, honest communication with a solution already in place really made my family cared for regardless of whatever wait we have. At the end he mention that he discounted the bill due to the delay, which was unnecessary but appreciated. We LOVE Old Town Pizza!! Best service, best food, great atmosphere!! We'll...

Over priced everything. Pizza is either soggy or burned. Hardly any toppings compared to other pizza places in town for 1/2 again the cost. Gave them multiple chances, different days of the week, different times of the year and we were disappointed EVERY SINGLE TIME. Reading the other reviews it's clear that my family isn't the only to have had sub par experiences. The worst experience was a birthday party we had here where the waitress forgot to bring out our order. After asking another waitress what was going on and getting an attitude back, I decided to talk to the manager who said he would take care of it, I walked back around to hear the waitress laughing with another one about how funny it was that she'd forgotten to bring the pizzas. They bring them out and they were cold. No offers to make them over again, or take some money off of the bill, nothing. The owner gets on here and spouts off the same stuff about how they "are working on it" but it hasn't changed in the last 2 years. Delivery is always an hour wait even when you're in town. If you go to pick it up, guaranteed it won't be ready. If you get the veggie it will be soggy. Combo has 1/2 the toppings it should and the Hawaiian needs an extra 2 rounds of pineapple to even be considered legitimate. Repeatedly low quality, and high prices. I am amazed this place is even still in business. Save yourself the time and money, go...
