I have always had good customer service here. Then there is that one person who just shouldn’t be working at the window.
Last week I came thru the drive thru, minding my own business came to the window. I have a big pickup with wide mirrors, so I can’t get right up at the window but no big deal. I wanted to use Apple Pay. First, he asked if he could have my phone… defeats the purpose. Then he, with attitude, stuck the card reader somewhat out the window. No issue with the card reader. I just reached over and it was done but the attitude I could do without. Then he said “most people are closer to the window when doing that… I guess they are younger”.
I was in shock by this comment. So I told a few friends to see if my WTH was correct. They could not believe a teenage kid, or anyone in customer service for that matter, would speak to me like that.
That is why I am writing a review, to let you know how awful this interaction was. Makes me think twice about spending my time and money at this...
Read moreOh what can you say about Runza... as a transplant to Nebraska, I can say it is unequivocally garbage, but don't try to tell the locals that. The funny thing is, every Nebraskan I've ever talked to about this place always tells me the same thing... yeah it's not very good, but you should try my so-and-so's homemade "Runza's". I can tell you that my personal experience with this place, I got food poisoning here 1 of the 3 times I've had it in my life, and another time the "cook" accidentally knocked the lid off the seasoning container while seasoning my burger, dumped a huge mound of the stuff on the middle of my burger, and didn't bother to scrap it off... so that was pretty disgusting. Every other time I've eaten Runza has just been a miserable below average, poorly cooked fast...
Read moreI went through the drive through to get my boys a quick dinner before basketball practice tonight. When I pulled up to pay, I knew there was something wrong when the first drink she handed me had pop all over it. I began to grab it from her and the lid was not on. The pop spilled all over my lap and inside my car including my seats. The girl handing to me kept laughing and asked me if I needed napkins. I kept my composure for about 5 minutes until she kept laughing at me with the window open in which I expressed my frustration. I will keep going the 56th location because they have it together and I never have a bad experience. If my seats are forever stained me and the manager will have some words. And please note when I got home my jeans were soaked from front to back, that's how much had...
