Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Lincoln

Please scrape your oven mats!! I used to be a Scooter's barista for years, and would never allow food like this to go out-- It's so gross and unappetizing. Or you could use the small wax parchment sheets and cook the food on top of them to ensure no contact between the mat and the food item.

I have only ordered food from this location twice, one time I was one out of two cars in the drive thru; today was busier, but both times I had substantial amounts of charred bits on my sandwich.

I opt to go to this location instead of my old home store because it's closer to my current job, but it's frustrating to want to get breakfast some mornings only to have to wait until the sandwich is cool enough for me to safely pluck the burnt scraps off of it, when I know scraping the mat takes about 8 seconds max, and I believe this location has more than one oven.

The coffee has been amazing, the energy has been amazing, but this is such an easy fix and I hope...

I had a great experience. My Venmo card was declined, I never use it and there almost never any money in the account. However, I grab it by mistake from my wallet. The young lady swiped it and I got a notice on my phone instantly of the declined purchase.

She with the biggest smile on her face with a beautiful spirit passed my drink out the window and said have a nice day.

Now I know the card was declined, so I asked did that decline she says very softly yes but it's OK it's on the house.

OMG that made my day, such a kinda soul. Now of course I gave her the correct card and paid for my drink.

I just want to post this review as a thank you for that amazing generosity. Scooters has a tip jar and I'm putting a little something in there every time I drive up. Great hire...

I went through the drive thru at this south 16th location this morning. I don't usually go to this location. I spent 15.00 on coffee and asked for a mint chip cookie that is on the menu and they didnt have any. when I asked for a shot of whip cream on the side she told me she couldn't do that........WHAT you have whip cream that you can put on coffee but you can't put it on the side. I told her that the other store would of done it and she said "well we dont". So i will go to the other location or better yet...
