Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Lincoln

I normally frequent this location as I live not too far away from it and normally have a good experience but lately within the last couple of weeks, the service has gone downhill. It seems my order is messed up every time I go and they usually are good about fixing it and sometimes I just don’t say anything because they are usually friendly. However, there’s one girl that just always has an attitude. This morning, I ordered two large blended drinks for my boyfriend and myself. We wanted only one with an extra shot and they repeated it back two drinks one with an extra shot. But when we got to the window, we had received one and told them only wanted an extra shot in one of them and the lady shouts “REALLY” and throws one of the drinks away. I would have taken the drink if she hadn’t thrown it away. But really that kind of attitude because of a mistake you made?...

On a serious note I spend a lot of money at scooters as I’m sure a lot of people do, however when I order the same thing almost everyday and you constantly make it wrong!!! Then get mad when I order somthing else! The guy especially!!!! I call at least once a week saying coffee is wrong! Which they remake so I can’t complain there! i come here a lot just because it’s a mile away from my job and i’m always wanting an iced coffee!! i finally found my perfect order here, but as other reviews have listed.. they are a bit inconsistent here with drinks. i order the same drink every time and it’s always tasting entirely different. the last few times have been amazing but today was a let down… my iced latte tasted like water, a little syrup and hardly any coffee.. i’m a bit disappointed. :( staff are kind though. i called about my drink and Emma made it right! very fast...
