Very disappointed in this visit. At least six employees ,not busy inside store yet the wait for two identical frappes (on same order) was quite lengthy.
Other orders appeared priority and when inquired why both of ours weren't completed together, we were told "other orders came in" so they made one of ours, then other folks and then came back to ours.
The store was dirty, counters filled with spills, floors had plenty of crap strewn around. Even signage on walls needed cleaning. Our drinks were two large mocha frappe with extra shot of espresso. There were two other customers waiting when we got to order pick up. They too had frappes ordered. The man had been waiting fifteen according to lady waiting behind him.
All of us saw frappes being made and handed out the window, so we were aware it wasn't a broken machine.
We chose to go outside to have our coffee. Even the five tables outside hadn't been cleaned. It was one oclock in afternoon.
We will not be returning to 33rd St. Location, can't go through drive through always wondering what cleanliness or lack there of is inside.
Add salt to the wound, our frappes were terrible. My husband isn't picky and he complained. Is Starbucks no longer concerned about customers? We really are disappointed Thank you for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMost of the time I have kind and warming encounters with staff at Starbucks. I am not a frequenter of this location, but the barista that made my drinks was very rude and abrasive. I was probably in the wrong and I will admit this. The straws a kept behind a plastic barrier and when I was speaking about the lids she had walked off before I could ask for a straw. I did shimmy a straw up from underneath the plastic barrier and at the time she was off making my second drink. When she returned she asked kind of snidely if I needed a straw for my second one as well. I replied no. But I pointed to the green stopper asking if that would work for the hole in the lid. She snapped at me say āplease donāt reach over a grab thingsā. I told her I didnāt plan on it I was just asking the question. She said you already reached over to get a straw and I said I just took one from underneath. She said itās still a barrier and walked off. Never in my life have Iāve been treated so rudely by a barista at Starbucks. I am so disappointed with this behavior from a Starbucks...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is by far, the best Starbucks Coffee store I've visited, since my first experience in Portland, Oregon 2002! All the staff and management at this location represents the meaning of good quality and customer service, and I never had no complaints no whatsoever! Before I moved here back to Indiana, just a few days ago, I was very sad to leave wonderful and caring, friendly and most greet-able Starbuck workers of O St & 33rd! I will surely miss their great excellent hospitality, and most of all the best service they provided for me and other customers as well, on an daily basis! I do one day and will plan to revisit this store for when I have the chance to take a trip down to visit Lincoln, Nebraska! Thank you Starbucks Management & staff.....U have been voted the absolutely SIMPLY THE BEST store location within the city of Lincoln, and probably the whole state of Nebraska too! I pray that your store will succeed further in the future and expanding to be on the very top!!! That ya can count on! Love you all and see ya later! I give you a 20...
