We’ve been loyal fans of Taqueria El Rey for about 3 years now which officially makes this the longest relationship I’ve had with any tacos (don’t tell the others). My wife and I usually go for the ground beef tacos, and let me tell you, they never miss. The chips and salsa? So good they should come with a warning label: Highly Addictive.
The service is always friendly, the vibe is chill, and the food hits the spot every single time. Honestly, if this place ever closed down, we’d probably start a support group.
One small request though… can we get a salsa with some serious kick? Maybe a ghost pepper or Carolina Reaper option for those of us who like to live dangerously and clear our sinuses while we’re at it!

I had the two ground beef enchiladas and two chicken flautas...both entreés we're extremely dry and almost hard to swallow. The beans lacked salt, and rice was mediocre. My friend and I waited 30 minutes for our drinks, mind you the restaurant was dead and we were the only ones in there.
