I had a fearly new waiter Tony who wasn't customer friendly at all!! I've been going here for years and when they never get my order right for TO GO ORDERS!! The orders to stay seem to be o.k. but the foods been good even when the waitress were less than attentive! My order is always the same x2; surf and turf fried medium rare with mashed potatoes extra garlic butter and the vegetables used to be a carrot and waxbean medley! I wasn't aware of the new squash medley change and don't eat them! I also ordered my usual x2 red Sox red velvet cake who's size was half for the price of 2. I noticed the prices have gone up and I even stayed away for over 7 months thinking others would comment and they'd get things corrected! I've been told soo many excuses about language barrier with cooks ECT. BUT WHY AS A COMP CUSTOMER; ( COMPLIMENTARY AS IN VALUE YOUR TIME SPENT AT TWIN AND INVESTING JOB SECURITY) DO I FEEL SO UNAPPRECIATED! I originally asked for a copy of my receipt that I had to sign for and this waiter refused telling me he would have to go to go to the manager's office and request him to print it out! Unless this is new I've never had a problem getting a copy of what I signed. I truly hope management not only reads this but finds away to address these issues with first customer friendly training and communication for getting orders correctly!! Read moreOk heres the deal. Me and the mrs have now both got food poisoning here. First was me a few months ago...got the mussels and linguine seasonal special. They tasted off but not enough to raise concern. Spent the next 36 hours in pain. Left a message with management and emailed; both got no response. Last night we tried to go to fred and steves, but they closed early because it was slow. We were starving so we gave wicked another go. The bar staff is great. Mick, tony and candace do a great job. But my god i have no idea what kind of drugs whoever is in charge of the menu is on. My girl got the beef stroganoff and i had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was cooked perfect but that and the waffle was extremely greasy. The waffle was almost saturated with oil. The stroganoff she said was fine but since then has been incredibly sick. This was the only meal all day that we didnt eat the same thing; theres no way it was anything else that did her in. The leftovers smell like vomit today. Again, left a message for management but i dont expect a reply. If you need to eat here like we did, stick to sandwiches and eat at the bar. Next time were going to sbarro....
Read moreWaitress was extremely rude. We politely requested separate checks, to which she refused to give us saying "we don't do that here". When we explained we only had credit cards she told us we would have to request what items to put on the cards. She came back 15 minutes later after we obliged only to rudely tell us that "she didn't have time to add the totals on each card and that we would have to do that!" So we did and she took another 15-20 minutes to finally take our bill with cards. She finally returned with each itemized bill, in other words, adding the amounts ourselves was pointless. We even tried to pay up front because we had been waiting so long but this request was denied "because they don't have registers up front". Aside from the service the food was not that great, the meatballs were terrible and drink I received wasn't what I had ordered. But that was my meal. I can't speak for the others in my party. The only pleasant part of this entire experience was the nice guy who brought us our food. They were obviously short staffed this day but management shouldn't allow things like this to happen.
