I usually love their Alfredo sauce. It’s been a while and I was craving it. I was trying to decide between the ravioli with Alfredo sauce or the baked ziti with Alfredo sauce. The server whispered “ziti”. So I got the ziti since I had tried the ravioli before and loved it. Thought I’d try something different. My husband got pizza. Our meals come out and mine is coated in cheese on top and looks delicious. I dig in…. Where’s the Alfredo sauce. The pasta looks dry. Cheese on top but the inside is greasy from the cheese but no creamy Alfredo sauce to be seen. At this point I’m sad. My husband says go ask for some on the side. So I do. The servicer gladly gets me some but appears to be adding this to our bill!?!?! I ask if she is charging me and she says yes but she’ll have to ask the manager who will be back in a bit about the charge. In a little bit she comes to the table and explains that they have to charge (according to the manager). She explains that they measure the amount of Alfredo sauce they put in an entree. My husband tells that we are trying to salvage this meal at this point and we could ask them to just take it back. But instead of causing any issues we decided to accept the charge and I finish my meal. He told her to make sure the manager reads the review because we are definitely leaving one after today’s experience. If they measure the Alfredo I’m guessing it’s only about a teaspoon per entree. They need to up their game. Also this Alfredo wasn’t nearly as good as what I’ve gotten in the past. We...

Read moreWe eat here pretty often but after tonight, never again. Placed a pickup order and waited the normal time to go pick it up. Got there and paid then proceeded to wait and wait until after about 25minutes I asked where my order was. I was told my order had been given away to someone else then told they had called my name though I’d been standing there the entire time and my name had not been called. After asking to speak with the manager and waiting another 10 minutes, I was approached by the “manager” who proceeded to not let me speak or tell what had happened, but instead talked over me asking if I wanted my food remade?!?! Remade?!?!? After waiting 49 minutes to come pick it up then another 30 to have to argue for it??? No. After trying to get the “manager” to hear me out while being told she had tables to wait on, I finally gave up and had to demand my money back. The hostess cried, though there was zero reason for that and the “manager” refused to let me apologize, though there really was no need for me to. Instead she was shoving my receipt back at me telling me she had voided my order and to leave. There was zero professionalism by any of the staff and the “manager” needs to find a new job Outside of the service industry. In all the years I’ve worked in the industry and eaten out, never have I ever seen a “manager” that was so...
