I was very excited to see a Vietnamese place in Lincolnton and thrilled to finally try it. Unfortunately, this did not live up to my expectations at all.
We received steamed spring rolls instead of the crispy ones we ordered.
The dry noodles were missing onions and mushrooms listed in the menu and tasted like cheap $0.90 store bought Ramen. It only came with broccoli and sweet carrots. The carrots surprised me and made the whole thing feel like Americanized. Admittedly, I probably should have tried the pho instead as that seems to be their specialty but still doesn't justify leaving off ingredients listed on the menu especially at the price.
My husband got the salmon fried rice and enjoyed it but he wasn't interested in anything else.
The most disappointing aspect was that the server never came back to check on us. So, we never had the chance to ask for a correction. We let them know at checkout. They still charged us for the spring rolls but did offer to correct it...as we were leaving.
I've ate at many Vietnamese places in the Charlotte and Hickory area and I have to say this is the only one...
Read moreThe staff is very nice and the food comes out quickly. The food is good, but the pho broth is a little bland and to me that's the main thing that will make or break a bowl of pho. Also, the bowls need to be bigger. When I got the beansprouts, jalapeños and everything else to put into the pho there wasn't enough room to put it in the bowl because it was already full. I'm not one to complain, just critiquing because I want this restaraunt to succeed so I don't have to travel 30 min to another location for my favorite dish ever when I'm craving it. Please make the bowls bigger and take the extra time on creating the broth. If so I'll be there all the time. I make the 30 to 45 min drive for pho at least once a week and stay in lincolnton. I'd love to turn that drive into a 5 min drive. Wish the best to this place. Like I said, the food is good and the service is great, but the pho needs some...

I love Pho. I’ve never been to Vietnam so I can’t speak to the authenticity, but the Pho here is as good as I’ve had anywhere else. My wife and I have been here twice now, dine in once and take out once. I got the beef Pho the first time and the chicken the second time. They were both delicious and much better than the homemade pho I had to resort to making since we didn’t have a place that made it in Lincolnton.
The portion size to price is fair. I got a lot more meat in my bowls than I have at other pho places. The egg rolls are good too. Maybe one day I’ll try the fried rice.
Inside the building is super clean and the staff is friendly.
Recommend giving it a try. You’ll be...
