Grand opening week was great- because they had an army out there directing traffic. NOW? Every time we go, the lines are wrapped around the building in such a way that people getting their orders can't get out. WHY? because people don't read. And there is no one directing the exiting traffic. I sat patiently waiting for the line in the drive through to move, at my designated place at the "stop" sign.. making sure not to block the exiting customers (as I have been trapped there before) .. how was my patience and obedience rewarded? A tiny Hyundai comes up to the right of me, cuts in front of me and blocks in the rest of the drive trough line! I honked..he waved and ignored me. I watched as frustrated and angry customers trying to leave zoomed aggressively close behind my car and in front of my car.
When I got to the polite young lady who was taking orders, I asked her why they don't have someone directing traffic at the exit..its dangerous and confusing.. SHe said they were short staffed.. Ok..
I get that staffing is an issue..but thats not an excuse if you want to run and have returning customers
She got our order wrong. I Ordered 3 pancake platters with bacon and scrambled eggs. Didn't modify the order. I received 3 biscuit platters. I also ordered orange juice, but she neglected to put that in and when we got to the pick up window, they said it wasn't on the order and they can put it in (at this point, I've waited at least 20 minutes for food and didn't want to hold the line up any longer, so I declined.

Read moreThe service is horrible. I used to love this place but now it’s just a problem every time I go. More stressful than fulfilling. This is the first review I’ve ever left for a food place. I went before work got 3 gravy biscuits and a bacon platter with 2 large drinks. I was given a small drink and large, no straws no utensils. As the girl handed me the food out the window, with one bag filled to the brim with the gravy biscuits STEAMING was squeezed against the other bag causing the gravy biscuit container on the top to split open allowing the gravy to spew and causing the bag to rip as well causing the gravy to get on the carpet in my car. The tea taste like caca too. And they gave me a solid 1 piece of bacon cut in half and the eggs taste like rocks. I simmered on it and decided to call because it was very apparent the situation and felt like it could be resolved I called in. The girl was super cool and offered a full refund or replacement saying she was just happy I didn’t leave a review. So I sent someone to get my food, looking forward to getting what I wanted the day before giving it a 2nd chance. This girl gone replace half the food and deny drinks. Telling the person picking the food up that it was the entire order which was a complete LIE. I’m still owed a refund but they can’t answer...
Read moreI have been going here since they opened and loved it. However, today was a different story. I had to repeat my order 3 times and when she read it back it was all over the place. She could have been in training and I understand that but once i got to the window and saw my receipt I told them my order was wrong and what I needed to add. I handed them my card and she said we can't do add ons at the window. I told her its not an add on yall messed up my order. She said you will have to pull around and get back in line. That is crazy and not how it should have been handled. They could have done it without making me get back in a long line and my other food getting cold. I came here faithfully every Sunday but never again. I've been in food service since 2003 and you don't make the customer drive around and get in line again when it was the businesses fault. I hate this bc we loved it there. But there's a way to treat people and that wasn't it. As of August 2nd I have emailed them where they asked me to under this review and they have yet to respond or do anything to fix this. Obviously they do not care bc its only 1 customer.
