Whataburger — Restaurant in Lindale

The only reason why I rated it low cause there was only 2 employees working that earlier morning. Drive thru was busy and we were the first to order then another 4 to 5 groups of 2 to 5 ppl came inside to order.

We just got done with our 2nd shift work and hungry. Our food took 28 minutes to start to service to us and 2 of our party of 4 had to wait 10 more minutes for their food.

Food was Awesome!!

Kicker was we notice a woman in a shirt, cutoff shorts and flip offs working the counter/register how unprofessional.

Think you need a few more employees working to handle the load. Can't be fast food if it takes forever to serve it to...

I am only reviewing this because so often a fast-food restaurant connected to a gas station is a disaster, and this Whataburger was not. Traveling from Denton to Shreveport and needed lunch. Stopped here. Service was good. The food was hot and well prepared as I would expect form any Whataburger.
