Panda Express — Restaurant in Tyler

Panda Express used to be like Chic-Fil-A great service and good. This particular location will not be open very long if they do not take drastic measures to correct its problems. Since it opened me snd my wife have stopped by 3 times and yoday was the ladt time we will go to this location. All 3 times we go in to empty pans. It is always the same and happens to be what we come for. Today we entered the restaurant to empty pans again and the staff goofing off. None of them offered us service. We had to get their attention then they say we can make it. How about paying attention and msking it before it runs out so you do not inconvenience your customers! We decided to drive to Tyler since we were going there anyway and that location across from Target was about empty as well. They forgot 2 meats with my order. The food was so bland my wife and I could not eat it. When I called the store to speak with someone I was sent to a voice-mail. I left a voice-mail over an hour ago and have not received a call yet.

Update: called store again today 10/13/21 spoke with a shift manager. All I wanted was a refund for the 2 missing meats. I was told I have to come in at 5pm to speak with a GM manager because they could not do refund. Only the GM can. This is something any manager can do anywhere else. Maybe they could change this.

Update 10/13/21: called corporate and spoke with a very nice lady to inform them of my issue. She took care of my issue without me having to go in to the store. Because of that nice lady I will give this location one last try in the future. And update my...

This has got to be the worst panda I’ve ever been to. I love Panda and we usually eat it at least a few time a month. But the one in Lindale has gone down hill fast in the last few months. I normal get chow mein but I decided to get fried rice last time. The rice was not cooked properly and I didn’t finish it. Today my wife ran down to get us some for dinner. She waited in line for 30 min for three cars ahead of her. When she finally got to the monitor they were out of chow mein. Then they told her it would be another 7 min to cook the shrimp. She drove off with out any food you. This will be the last time we go to Panda in Lindale Tx. I’m sure nothing will change after this comment is posted.
