I often go to BJs , today I went like usual I purchased my stuff I walk over to the door where I am aware the check our receipts like they always do before customers leave. I hand my receipt to the women who was at the door named Kristina, however you spell her name she had on a black shirt with medium light denim jeans and black hoka sneakers on. She's looking at the my kart mind you I literally have 6 things in my cart 3 of them were big items and 3 small items. She proceeds to ask me if I have another receipt I stated no with a puzzled looked because I wasn't sure what she was referring to exactly.She then states that I have more things in my cart then on the actual receipt; I knew I scanned everything and double scanned one case of the waters since I had two that was exactly the same. Instead of her just being direct and stating to me ma'am you didn't scan one case of water, our exchange would have been very different. I did take my receipt and went back to go pay for the one case of water that I missed which was one of the cheaper things. I go back and she has the other take some picture of both my receipt and I asked why I was advised for their records. I see the other women doing that but I see she takes out what seems to be her personal cell phone which was odd if their protocol states they need to keep track shouldn't they have some kind of spreadsheet to have a paper trail and not on the workers iPhone. I went to put my stuff in the car and walked back in as im walking back in I happen to over hear the same Kristina women talking about the matter that transpired as I was going to go speak to a manager. I did ask the manager what was the protocol about when a customer makes honest mistake and doesn't scan an item. The manager graciously explained it and was truly sweet even with me being irate. That is the only reason why I gave them for stars because of the manger. I came back to give it a one star , I literally heard an employee state something with the lady with the bag thatās walking out and miraculously at the same time security that they have walks by the door he doesnāt make it look obvious but as soon as she said that, and Iām the only one with the bag coming to the door, he walks over as well, so I came back to give it a star I wanted to be nice, but no the store keeps playing in...

In particular, the meat selection has been disappointing, with fatty cuts and higher prices. The inconsistency in product availability is frustrating, and if you arrive even slightly later than noon, you're likely to find a limited selection or even leftovers.
My most frustrating experience recently was waiting in line for an astonishing 40 minutes to order a simple ham and cheese. This kind of wait time for basic items is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store's management and customer service.
To make matters worse, the gas line is another point of contention. The long wait times and inefficient processes make filling up a tank a time-consuming and frustrating task.
Additionally, I was promised rewards when I renewed my membership, but to my disappointment, these rewards were never given to me. It's disheartening to see a lack of follow-through on their promises and a lack of appreciation for loyal customers.
In summary, my experiences at BJ's Wholesale Club in Linden, NJ, have left me feeling consistently frustrated and disappointed. Iām a customers for around 21 year and and I have to say yesterday 03/10/2023 evening time I have to left my entire shopping cart at the cashier I was already in payment in auto cashier when a woman come to me block me to pay say me I have to move bc I have to many items, I pay in those cashier at minimum of 1 to 3 times a week every week and I never have problems and in that moment there was 9 open cashier all empty no line waiting there in the last was a person cashier with a very long line with shopping car full the wait to pay there I calculate around 30 min + I have very long day no food in 27h. Of fasting I have healthy problems I feel very very bad but I make the last effort of the day to buy food bf get home and eat a decent healthy mealā¦well that woman cashier in very very bad mode with bad sarcastick expression tell me to move! I reply her why here are no people not even a line I donāt feel well I heavenāt eat in all day Iām exausted I canāt make that terrible line just for no sense she reply move! I reply her one more time if I have to make that terrible long line for no reason just bc you want well I rater to not buy here and leave all the shopping cart here again she reply in sarcastic way ok I donāt care! And just cancel all my account. I send e-mail to customer service and they not even border in answer me back nothing so resume of the story Iām a customer who spend thousand and thousand at bjs in items, gas and expensive non sense membership (yes non sense I pay for spend my money in a store is a non sense) to get treat with so much consideration and disisrespect excuse me no this very wrong it a shame!
