I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for the past 4 years. I use to love it until recently. I was given a survey by one of the cashiers here and I was happy to complete it since I really thought so highly of her, Silnet (??). Upon completing the survey i received a code for free medium size coffee and entered the code on my receipt. When I came to use it I was told that I could only use it for a free donut. Imagine my surprise! I always ordered the same items when I go to this location (ham and cheese on a croissant and iced caramel coffee) and the total is always $7.80 after the price increase this year. When I got rung up with my free Donut the total was $8.30 which I did not understand since the donut was supposed to be FREE. The young woman at the register said that that is what was coming up at the register. She asked her co-worker to check the transaction and the other person suggested that we ring up the donut and iced caramel coffee together and the sandwich separately. The first transaction came to $2.99 and the sandwich came out to $5.51!!! That was more than the first transaction of $8.30. They called a manager and she was perplexed as well and said she could not do anything. I was shocked by her answer! I could not believe this manager did not know how to override the transaction and make the donut FREE! My free donut was not free after all. I decided to cancel the whole order. So disappointed by this place and its employees.
I came back today for the first time in after this incident and the cost of my transaction is now $8.00 for my ham and cheese as well as the iced caramel coffee. I noticed that the staff was new. This time it was a blond teenager. I said I come here regularly and it is always $7.80 so I cannot understand why I know have to pay $0.20 more. He said it's because I ordered cold coffee and not the hot coffee. I just don't get it! I never order hot coffee and I always pay $7.80 when the newbies are not around. The manager needs to educate the staff more and maybe learn to use the register. Very disappointed and which another dunkin donut would open near the train station.

Read moreI came in the evening to buy a simple chai tea latte. I have come on other occasions and the times I have come it has always been at night. But today I was served by a very rude guy. I asked him for 2 chai tea lattes and I repeated it 2 times because he didn't listen or understand me well. When he was waiting while he made it, I noticed that it wasn't what he had ordered and told him that he hadn't ordered iced tea. He tells me you told me iced tea!! out loud and say no! In the end I got upset because I raised my voice and told myself totally rude from the beginning that I took my order. I don't understand if he doesn't feel like working to stay home at the end I told him I was going to go talk to the supervisor in the morning and he said: you're going to want the chai tea latte but I'm going to charge you 4, 2 iced tea and the 2 chai tea lattes, obviously I wasn't going to want anything and I left the 2 glasses of ice tea on the table for him. In the middle of the discussion he told me to go away because I am going to call the police and I told him to call them that I am legal here, that I am an American citizen and that I also know my rights because I am going to be afraid if I am demanding something fair, It was disrespectful and I did not remain silent because I had no right to raise my voice. His attitude towards me because he is Hispanic made me see that racism in many places has not been eradicated and I told him that in the morning I would talk to his supervisor, but the truth is that I am not going to go because it is enough. . to have been born in this country and to be a simple Dunkin' worker at his age. Read more3 years ago I rated this a 5 star because 9f the service I was use to receiving nightly. As of tonight I'm giving this now a 1 due to the staff on their lack of priority. No way I ordered on the go, sat in my car for a few min longer. Went in and SEEN the lady take receipts off the on the go machine, she had help but kept serving all the new people coming in and leaving. I asked her helper, her helper gave me an attitude saying the lady was doing it. How is she making my coffer when she is making everyone else's coming to the cashier???? Then the same lady making coffee for everyone now starts playing with a bag. I'm like ??? Do you have any more online orders back there???? She rolls her eyes and says the helper is making it the SAME LADY I ASKED TO BEGIN WITH!!! everyone else is going HOME tonight I have to be at work at a certain time!!!!
