Dunkin' — Restaurant in Linden

This is not my normal Dunkin but stopped by on my way to work. I went through the drive-thru. There was a little line but it went quick. I ordered the iced caramel latte with oat milk. I have the DD perks app so there was a special for $3 lattes. When I got to the window as I usally do, I let them scan my app and for the discount and I would pay with my credit card. The lady at the window told me it was over the discount price and I had to put money on the app to get the discount. I told them no I don't and no other Dunkins made me do that because there is a section where it says pay another way. The manager came over and he tried to say the same thing. I told him no its not true and he finally figured out what to do to get me the discount. They should know this already but whatever. One of the employee was vid o chatting while I waited for 5 mins. Then a group of 20 kids and adults came through and she did not budge (she saw us all coming in). There was an Indian girl trying to handle drive thru rush and had to request this person to get up and help. I cleaely ordered hot chocolate and went to the restroom. I came out and realized I was charged $2 more so I waited to talk and was handed a frozen chocolate. I politely told her I ordered a hot chocolate and I was also charged more. She tells me I just assumed you wanted it cold, people want cold and say hot so I think you should have cold. I told her to change it and she says are you sure. Just drink it, it's good and cause I don't know how to do returns. I was annoyed by then and asked the Indian girl to switch it and she did it quickly. Woow! Stopped by today around 8:25. Asked for an order of chive and onion stuffed bagel minis on an everything mini bagel. Lady said the everything bagels were discontinued. I said I had purchased them on the day before and she said again they were discontinued with a little attitude but I said the stuffed mini bagels on a plain bagel were ok. At the end they ended up giving me exactly what I wanted, the stuffed bagel minis on a everything bagel (they were not discontinued afte all?!) Then, at the window I was given the wrong drink which was a green drink I did not ask. They finally gave me the correct drink but had no sugar.
