South Wood BBQ Churrascaria — Restaurant in Linden

I have been ordering from this place for a few months now and I never had issues! The Brazilian girl on the cashier always makes sure that the food is ready on time and the orders always comes out correct. TODAY 12/27/2018 was the worst experience I had! I order food at 6:20 and the guy their told me kn the phone give me like 20 minutes and it shall be ready. I got there at 7:10 & he looks at me and says * I haven't even started * customer service is key! All you had to say is ( sorry I haven't started your order but I'll make sure to do it right away ) NO he said wait another 20-40 minutes! Keep the food sir I'm going some where else! The girl and the other Spanish guy are very good! This guy was a lost with everything!...
