I honestly don't understand why, but this McDonald's can be somewhat of a coin flip. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. If you are ordering for more than one or two, you can usually expect to have to wait in the second drive-through line. This I honestly don't mind at all, assuming that my food is being made fresh. No excuse for half filled, cold or soggy fries and sloppy sandwiches. I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews, but it's an issue that needs to be addressed. Again, the faces you see and the employees you talk to are always friendly. My feelings on prepared food, regardless of the restaurant, is that it should be given to me the way you would like to receive it if you were the one paying for it.

McDonald's as a company is ridiculous. Pure greed and stupidity. My breakfast was ordered at 10:40 though the app. Because people weren't using both both drive-through lines. I waited for over 20 mins to get to the 2nd speaker that nobody was using and gave my mobile order code at 11:01. Not only was I told that my order would not be fulfilled, but that they could substitute items on my order at an extra charge to me. And that I should receive a refund for my original order in 1 to 5 business days. My original order for my family was going from $15 to almost $30. The app recognizes when you arrive at the restaurant. This is completely ridiculous. Honestly, its better for my overall health and I won't feel like garbage in an hour, so I guess it's a gift that their system is complete trash. If you arrive and are stuck in line, change your order to curbside or in-store pickup and send it by 10:59. But honestly, consider your life choices, drive home, and eat something real. Im not saying I'll never eat here again, sometimes it's the best option, but this company hates you. I want to reiterate that my opinion doesn't fall on the employees. Most of them are fantastic. Read moreIncredibly disappointed with the management. First, an older couple walked in to order and approached the counter. They were immediately told, by the manager, that the counter was closed and they needed to use the kiosk. They attempted and got frustrated and started to walk out. I jumped up and assisted. They of course were paying cash and made the lady stand at the counter for several minutes before acknowledging her. Another customer walked in and used the kiosk to order a drink then proceeded to stand and wait to be finally be acknowledged only to be told it was serve yourself. Then immediately following at 624 the manager told the staff to lock the doors and close the lobby. At 624pm!! There were several guest in the restaurant and several attempted entering only to be met with locked doors. The problem was not with the team but with the leadership. I believe the managers name was Zach, I could be wrong but he must have been late to work as the other manager was complaining about him not being there. The manager chose not to serve customers, chose to lock the doors and appeared to be operate in a sense of chaos. The staff all seemed well composed just misguided. Read moreNot sure what happened to this place. Used to be one of the best but lately, not sure if new management but it's awful. I witnessed a manager rudely interact with a customer who received a happy meal hamburger with no burger patty on it. Not nice in the least, made excuses left and right and basically threw a new burger at her. Wth? I had a mobile order fail, no biggie, went in to inquire and that took about 20 minutes to get someone to come to the counter. Then without a care in the world, just said nope we didn't get it and walked away. Manager standing right there as well with an young adult looking at me like I had 3 heads. I just left and went to the nearest one instead. It was not bust at all either. I'm super understanding on how it's hard to find help but the manager is the issue it seems.
