Just wanted give a review on this place. So my fiancé and I are fairly new to this area, sommerdale/lindenwold area so we’ve been trying to find half way decent places to eat out when we decide to get take out. So far we haven’t found not one place in area that’s good not even 6/10 if I had to rate it. We decided to give this place a shot, first time ordering here because we had a taste for panzorottis, I called this place and asked because when I looked online it said they had them but what threw me off was that they had a chicken tender in the panzorotti photo(I should of knew right then and there). I call the lady and I ask her about it and she says “yes, we have them, they’re the original” so I was kinda happy to hear that because I grew up eating at Vincent’s in merchantville where they have the actual original panzorottis. One panzorotti I got from cifellis was ok but the other two I ordered looked like they tried to make them in house using some type of dough. If I wanted a Stromboli that’s what I would have asked for. I call back to let them know and guy says “i don’t know, they’re the original, maybe the other two were out of a different box”…. Come on, that’s the lamest excuse I ever heard. All in all, I won’t eat here again, just based off of integrity alone. I can’t give an honest review on their other food items but don’t order panzorottis from this place, drive an extra 20 mins and go to Vincent’s in merchantville if you have a taste for one. Spent $23 at this establishment just for two out of the three items to go in the garbage, which means my fiancé and I have go to go spend more money on...
Read moreThese previous reviews really had me fooled. This was best described as obtaining sustenance, not enjoying a meal. The prices do not reflect the quality. The pizza was mid, AT BEST! The cheese steaks were brimming with meat, but that meat was overcooked and flavorless other then the sweetness of the barely there onions, and the saltiness of the inexpensive extra cheese that cost me an additional toe. The fries.... How? I've never had warm French fries so dry in my entire life! My best guess is that they were fresh, hand cut potatoes that were not soaked to remove the starch and then fried in a high temp oil or the oil was old, the frozen fries defrosted, and the fire was too high. Either way, they were inedible. They lacked any seasoning at all, so I tried to fix them up myself. Nothing helped the crumbly, dry consistency of the inside of each fry; not even ketchup or malt vinegar. The only pros to my experience was the "straight-to-the-point", drill Sargeant that took my order efficiently and expeditiously, the quick delivery, and the cold gingerale (which sadly to say was the only thing I received that had any flavor). Idk if ordering on a busy Friday did any injustice to my food... Maybe being from a larger city, my expectations for a place with ratings like this was way too high. It could be a myriad of reasons that I feel slighted over it's quality, but Ik good food, and unfortunately, this wasn't it. I'm new to the area and was hoping this could be our new weekly place for takeout.... The...
Read moreI just went there last night. I ordered two slices 1.88 each, a small soda 2.00, and garlic knots (at any pizza shop it’s usualy no more the. 2 dollars. ) He charged me 10.95. He didn’t even give my my receipt. I didn’t realize it until I was half way home. I was too tired to turn back around. I will be stopping by today. That was disgusting to do that.Even when I got home (I live 3 min away) my pizza was cold. This was my second time going here. I will not go go here again. BTW hey cook using no gloves while touching other things all around the restaurant before touching your food. So if your someone who orders and doesn’t see them make your food. I would think again. I’m really shocked that this place has all great reviews.... completely shocked.Better pizza place is over in the Clementon plaza near...
