Very very bad customer service and very prejudice! When I go to this store I normally spend lots of money because they are very expensive but this peticuler day I went there to buy some items and went to the register to pay for my items and I was short 13 cents so I seen that they had a lot of change sitting on the cash register and I ask the guy what was that change sitting there for he said it’s for people who needs it if they do t have enough or if they are a little short of cents so I proceeded to ask can I get help with the 13cents that I was short of my purchase and the guy said no in a very nasty evil way and I really felt some type of way because of the money was there to help there customer why would he say no and I ask him why and I spend a lot of money in this store when I do come shop here he proceeded to say in a nasty way It’s not for people like you and no I can’t help you with the 13cents I was short with he had no remorse or did he care how I felt as a paying customer to his business I am a African American woman that work hard for her money and spends it were I can help other businesses but He look down on me he had this very nasty distasteful look on his face as if he was looking down on me like trash it’s not about the money it’s the principle of treating your customers well so they can come back and spend more money but they don’t deserve any of our hard earned money they think that we are beneath them and it gave off racist vibes they do not like African Americans and we are the ones that spend the most money in there place of business they are very mean and selfish and greedy and expensive and have Very high taxes on everything and they have African American people working in there for them and they treat them like trash so the next day I came back to return the items because I thought about how they treated me at the cash register and how they don’t care about there loyal customers or people or spend lots money in there I took my item back to return them and said to them that I willl not be returning back here and I just wanted my money back because they don’t deserve any thing or anybody money because of there negative attitudes and how they look down on people and 95percent of there customers are African Americans the ones that they really do t like or have respect for !! This store needs to get zero nothing reviews zero no recognition or any 5 star ratings because when you have a huge business like that the customers should always be treated with dignity and respect and that’s not the kind of service they give you there they just want you to hurry up and buy and get out ! I felt so hurt at the register in front of other customers like my money did not mean nothing to them so when I returned my card tens I did tell them why and they need to know that you cannot treat people that way our money is as good as there’s SO BE AWARE WHEN YOU GO INTO THIS BEAUTY STORE YOU ARE NOTHING TO THEM AND THEY DONT CARE TO RESPECT THE CULTURE WHAT SO EVER SO BE VERY MINDFUL WERE YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY AT AND WERE YOUR APPRECIATED WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY THE WORST BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE IN RHE LINDENWOLD AREA I’m just speaking truth so go there at your own risk because they don’t like us I hope this review shows everyone that respect and dignity go along way MAKING CUSTOMERS HAPPY SHOULD BE NUMBER ONE PRIORITY BUT NOT HERE AT THIS PLACE THEY DONT DESERVE ANYTHING FROM US NO BUSINESS OR OUR MONEY ITS THE PRINCIPLES OK!! They don’t support us but we support them don’t go there go were you are appreciated not look down on BAD CUSTOMER-SERVICE...

Very poor staff except for the African American guy with glasses and the Asian guy they’re great but those other people are horrible the Asian lady was following me around the store and she asked if I needed help I said no I’ll let you know if I need u & all hell broke loose she said in a very unprofessional voice “ you don’t have to be rude” i absolutely ignored her and left out the store they need a better team because im a valued customer and I didn’t appreciate her approach and whoever the lighter skin African American man is he’s very unprofessional he stares you down and makes face like I think people think you can’t read their face and facial expressions but he looks at people like why are you in my store I believe he’s the owner very immature and gross and sassy I only like the Asian guy and the darkerskinned African American I won’t be spending money in here no more the energy is very intimidating...

Picked up a quite few wigs here.. Well I went recently to replace one I'd worn out beyond repair.. I was super excited to see a sign on its display that said sale.. Originally I bout it for 20..buy this one said 10 so I was beyond stoked.. Was using money saved from the sale price to purchase another pony tail extension and some lashes.. Well cashier and manager at register peeled the sticker off and said "that's not right price.. Someone must of did this" all whole giving be horrible looks basically insinuating I did it! I proceeded to say that's what it's marked and there's a second just like it back there.. I work retail so I know if I mess up ticketing then customer gets the price tag its listed as.. I dont accuse my customers of tag switches... Especially a frequent customer/shopper like myself.. Horrible customer service and quite frankly NEVER RETURNING TO THEM AGAIN! Id give zero if it...
