It says me to say this, but you should not go to the Lindenwold mcdonald's..... I have lived here since 2002 and I have seen the food quality go down dramatically. I don't even need McDonald's anymore because of them. If I do, I will go to Voorhees McDonald's or Lawnside their food is always fresh and hot.. I was tempted by starvation to try Lindenwold McDonald's reluctantly. I ride down the street and see that not even the lights are on outside but it is clearly 8:00 p.m and you're open I pulled through to order my food which I was the only one in the drive-thru. I question the girl at window number one where you pay as to why the lights were out. The Big M was not lit up. I literally told her that it looks like they were closed for the evening as if it was 1:00 in the morning. She got on the headset and said,' Hey, the lights are out." That's the first warning in my mind. Everyone knows that that is the one thing that stands out about McDonald's it's writing down the street and seeing that gigantic M glistening brightly join you to pull into the drive-thru. It was out and it made it look like they were closed for business. The way that Filet-O-Fish tasted it should have been.. We all know that McDonald's french fries taste like cardboard the minute they get cold. Pulling away from the drive-thru window digging in my bag of fries and pulling out lukewarm freeze was an absolute disappointment. McDonald's fries are so skinny that by the time you travel down three lights they're already boom temperature within 3 minutes. Since my fries were medium warm by the time I got down to two traffic lights the cardboard taste started kicking in. Maya Filet-O-Fish sandwich was giving me somebody's paying you extra money to put on that tartar sauce on my sandwich. That was lukewarm as well and the cheese was slightly bent meaning is surely wasn't melted in my sandwich definitely wasn't nice and hot. I figured at least I would get some fresh hot food, being that I was the only one in the drive-thru and that the parking lot literally had one car apparently customers. I looked in to the restaurant and saw that there were only four people their purchasing food. For the life of me I could not understand why my food was not hot. I am not the person to trash someone's establishment. I truly want Lindenwold McDonald's to get their stuff together because there was a time when they were really busy and their food was always fresh indefinitely hot. I don't know if they changed ownership. Managers have come and go there I will say that the staff is always sweet. I've been hair for 22 years. Sincerely hope that they get back to the way they were. It's like going to Vegas. Going to the Lindenwold McDonald's you risking option of...
Read moreThis is the worst mcdonalds I have ever beem to. They are down the street from my house and everytime I order from them they always get something wrong. Today they got three things wrong. They gave me seltzer as a sprite, forgot my mcflurry, and apple juice . As a fair trade I just asked for 2 mcflurrys. They were rude did not listen to my request for the manager. They told me I had to buy a drink from their already non working soda machine or take a refund. When the manager came out he was also rude, and was just trying to get me out of the store with things I didnt want. In fact they tried to make me pay more money.
While maybe they couldn't do the trade i understand, but the way they handled it was the rude and unperfessional . It is one thing to get things wrong, but also being bad at costumer service just unacceptable.
Obviously I will not be going back to this mcdonalds. I hope their district manager and owner know that their staff just lost them a loyal coustumer...
Read moreI ordered a cheese burger, 10 piece chicken nugget, small fry and a small Pepsi cost was $13 and change. I'll start with the cheeseburger, it came with a quarter size squirt of ketchup, dehydrated onions on top bun and if your lucky you'll get the 2 required pickles! I couldn't taste nor see any of the mustard supposed to be combined with the ketchup, It's a very thin beef pattie with a bun that over compensate's the meat. Each and everytime I've had 1 I always have a leftover piece of bun without meat. The overall taste is ok it's just to small for the bun and prices as they keep increasing but it's every fastfood place. I think McDonald's need to being back their $1 Menu and add this cheeseburger to it. The chicken nuggets have improved 100% they're all white meat instead of the processed pieces they were since I ordered them, huge difference! Fries when they're hot and mine were have a delicious potato flavor, lightly salted and crisp on the...
