Casey's — Restaurant in Lino Lakes

I just spent 40 MINUTES pumping more gas than my car physically holds (according to their pump) and the staff (after talking to the manager) is refusing to fix this! My car should have only needed about 10 gallons, not 13.453 (my car only holds 13.5 gallons and I was at 1/4 tank when I arrived!) I left my name and number for a manager to contact me…ON MONDAY (it‘s Saturday), but I‘m not hopeful they‘ll do anything but just keep my money anyway! Almost all of the pumps were pumping super slow tonight and many drivers simply left. The young gentleman at the counter was nice, but the kitchen woman was more concerned with her pizza orders than actually doing anything! I do NOT recommend ever coming here! I went out of my way to come here for the gas price and ended up spending more than I would have at home where gas is 70 cents more...

I started working here a couple weeks ago, the first day was great but then everything went downhill , first off the woman’s restroom is the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen for a public restroom, moldy toilets, filthy sink, floors haven’t been cleaned in how long, Amy the kitchen worker who has been there 17 and a half years treats you like you should know exactly how to do everything without any explanation, yells at people, to caffeineated , terry the cashier isn’t any better, now for the manager Michelle she uses her Casey rewards card for some of peoples purchases and is never there, terribly managed and need a whole set of fresh...

This place is a joke. Something always goes wrong here . The entrance is terrible even after the “fixed “ the huge potholes in the entrance . They need to be redone again. One time gas pumped so slow and I was told they had to reset the lines. Tonight again it took 10 minutes to put 7.63 in my truck. A gal was outside changing the garbages , I told her something was wrong and she’s like ya we are probably almost out a gas , what gas station runs out of gas all the time ? The pumps are almost always bagged off one handle or another . The garbages are always overflowing . This place needs some serious...
