We went Through the drive thru and ordered three meals and some chicken nuggets, first window where we paid was pleasant, second window was a little short with us and we pointed out they missed a sandwich and a fry in our order. Not a big deal we just expected for the mistake to be fixed. Instead we were challenged and told we were lying ( right in front of the kids, NOT acceptable AT ALL!! ) oh and we received the drink for the meal just not the food, so where did the food go? YES we ordered it, YES we paid for it and YES we had the Receipt but feeling a little uneasy and trying to avoid anything else negative that we felt may have been coming next just said fine weâll buy another meal so we could get going and be able to feed all of our kids, we were then told to go around the building and wait in the very busy line for a second time. I asked to speak to the managerâŚthat was a huge mistake ! BRIDGET came to the window and she very rudely got in an argument with us (ONCE AGAIN in front of the children) she said she really didnât care and slammed the window in our face, HARD!) literally worst fast food experience I have EVER had by FAR!! We usually go there for breakfast at least a couple days a week and we get dinner there a couple nights a week for our whole family but after this experience the kids are sadly traumatized and I have a very uneasy feeling thinking about going there to spend my money and being treated horribly, called a liar, not getting what I paid for and having the crumby feeling you get when someone verbally attacks you. I am very sad, Iâll miss the Carmel macchiatoâs and McGriddles but not worth the risk of being treated...

Back in April I worked an early morning job and needed coffee and it was early and I was on a time crunch. I'd stop at this McDonald's or I'd at least try. TWICE in the same week in April they weren't open at 5am. Not a one or two minutes late, oops I forgot the time. These times extended 15-20mins. Could have been longer, but I had to leave and find coffee elsewhere because I didn't have time. They've forgotten sweetener in my coffee and I had to drink a nasty bitter drink because once again, I dont have time for their mistakes. I pulled up one morning. This one fellow wouldn't give me a number to call to figure out why they weren't open when they were supposed to. He told me he'd look into it. Which he never did. I called later in the day a few days later and got this very rude manager on the phone. She said she was sorry and took my name and address. Took 3 MONTHS to get my "free meal coupon" in the mail. Why might you ask? Because she got my address wrong, which for what she put down made no sense for what I told her and spelt my last name wrong. Thankfully that wonderful free meal coupon came. (Extreme sarcasm). Why would I want to eat at your joint if you manage to get everything wrong? Save your money for somewhere...
Read moreNormal McDonald's- but note to the owner or GM. You need to do some spot checking on your employees and go through your drive through, I hope this isn't how you want your people to act and seeing is how we 3 kids and living 4 minutes away we end up going through this location a lot, its become an annoying part of getting food. If you go through the Lino Lakes McDonald's be prepared for rude employees.. You'll be greeted here by "what do you want" which I've heard dozens and dozens of times. When you get to the window unless you stop them and ask what the total came to or to read back something you may have missed from the board they will almost always take your card without even saying a word and then just hand back your food and drink also without saying a word. Its become such an odd experience that a few times we've gone out of our way to the Lexington location down the road a ways.
Customer service is what knocks down the score here.. the food is always good, the orders mostly accurate and my kids love the arches on the building but the employees need to change...
