Can you give zero stars? I have been to almost every real music venue in Chicago and Milwaukee area. This was my worst experience to date. Aside from the filthy floors and horrendous odor. You may get syphilis from the restrooms. The ambulance showed up at least once for an overdose victim. We almost left as soon as we arrived due to the fact that workers for the event were pounding beers and swearing loudly at a picnic table right outside the entrance. We purchased VIP tickets which are virtually worthless as the people are jammed in so tight in front of the VIP area, you cannot even get there without being rude and crushing into people. If there is a fire, count on most of the people dying. Security is terrible and mistreat pretty much everyone that I saw. Aside from what appeared to be their friends (or dealers) NOTE: If Led Zeppelin got back together and were only performing here and I was given free tickets to this toilet- I would pass on it as it would not be worth it. I do have one quasi positive comment- Their beer is fairly priced. That being said, they ran out of every decent bottle of beer except Budweiser before the last 2 acts came on. Well, they made it through 50% of the show. There are too many things that can be improved, but since this garbage pit will never get my business again, I will not digress into the details. Both managers were EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I don’t know if they are an item or not but I cannot believe they are managers, these 2 people. And they charged my card 3 times and wouldn’t give me a refund because they said it’s “pending.” Sure enough, I was charged 3 times. Maybe management should stop drinking on the clock and learn to have some class. How am I supposed to trust that they will refund my money when they have given me all the reasons not to trust this establishment?! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Edit: they responded to my review LOL. When I tried to go about the situation professionally and cordially in person you guys were extremely unprofessional to say the least. Adena was her name. And her boyfriend? the tall skinny man who also was rolling his eyes LOL. I worked hard for every DIME I have I don’t appreciate being over-charged, disrespected, and you verbally attacked my friend that I was with that I didn’t put in my original review. I also want to add that THIS WAS A HORRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION. I will never step foot near this establishment again in my life and I’ll make sure to tell all my neighbors...

Great Food! The security Guys were nice and very courteous, our server was excellent and attentive, but the Band Start Time was way off. "Boy Band Review" was playing tonight. Seating times started at 7 pm, and the band was supposed to start at 8 pm and was billed as an All Ages Show. Arrived at 8 pm with two high school girls but the band wasn't set up. We ordered food and settled in to wait for the show to start. Food took a while but was worth the wait - it was excellent, and so was our server. 9 pm comes. Band is still setting up. 10 pm. Band still hasn't started playing. We've been waiting for 2 hours, and now we are out of time. It's not an All Ages show if you start playing after 10 pm. We had to leave without ever seeing the show. Cost, just under $30 for the tickets, just under $50 for the food including 20% tip. On the plus side, I emailed the staff and they contacted me back right away and are refunding us for the tickets - thanks so much! But I still had two disappointed teen fan-girls that missed the show. Update: The manager came through and refunded us for the...
