I have been coming here for years. The food is great. The service is not. There is likely a 30%+ chance they will screw your order up so be sure to check everything before leaving the premises.

I don't normally write bad reviews, but today was the last straw and I am done with this location. Ordered a Steak Burrito, was repeated back to me as STEAK, get home, it's Carnitas. Not that long ago, I ordered chips & salsa, get home, NO SALSA!

I don't even remember the other mistakes but there's been plenty, far and few in between and the food is great, so I kept coming back despite my frustrations, but I'm done. It's a joke. I worked in a restaurant for 17 years so I know how hard it is to make a mistake.

You have all the opportunities to check and re-check yourself so that you don't make a mistake, and I get that we're human and it does happen, but the amount of times it has happened from this one location is unacceptable. I have come here quite a bit in the past but that's it, given you way too many chances.

Train your staff better and pay attention to tickets.... repeat, repeat, repeat....it's not hard.

Come here if you want great food that is most likely not what...

I wish I could give zero stars. I have trouble walking due to sciatica and have had several recent surgeries. It is VERY painful to walk. I literally could only move my feet about an inch at a time, wincing in pain with every step. I ordered my food then with my daughter's and my friend's help I inched across the floor to the drink station. I did not have the strength to fill the cup so I collapsed in the nearest seat. The woman working the front saw THE WHOLE THING. She walked over to me and told me to move to the other side of the restaurant because she wants to clean the side I'm on. There is a table of 4 people sitting on this side so it's obviously still open. I tell her it's very hard for me to walk but she insists and says if she knew I was going to sit there she would have told me not to. She's standing directly in front of me and won't budge. My daughter helps me stand up and to painfully walk over to the other side of the restaurant. If my daughter wasn't so hungry I would have left but she was and we had a long drive ahead of us home. I usually like this place, but I was very disappointed with my recent visit for the first time in awhile. I asked for the burrito dinner, but wasn’t paying attention to what was rung up and only paid for a burrito. When I received my burrito, I was surprised and kindly said i ordered the dinner. Instead of apologizing or working with me, the lady told me “‘No, you ordered the burrito”. Great customer service…I said whatever, it’s fine, if I want rice and beans I’ll just get them later. She just walked away and didn’t say anything. That left a bad taste in my mouth, especially after already tipping her lol.

Then I got to my burrito, which was supposed to be Al pastor but was probably one of the worst Al pastors I’ve ever had. I was going back and forth questioning whether it was carnitas, but my friends also ordered Al pastor and our meat all looked the same. Just an overall bad experience from a place I usually love.
