Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lisle

My food came fast, but y’all never put napkins in the bag. So I can’t eat my food until I’m at work because I get sticky. I got nothing to wipe with. You guys on a napkin shortage? Trying to save a few pennies? Be polite. Give people napkins when they order donuts. Sometimes I get the wrong donut, but overall friendly staff.

Update: 4/20/24 I guess dunkins are getting worse. Here to say that every time I order tea, I get a different amount of teabags. Sometimes one, sometimes two, sometimes three. This is the only location that does this to me. And I couldn’t even drink my tea the other day because there were three teabags, and I only put three sugars in, and with two teabags that taste great, but with three teabags, it was bitter and gross. Not to mention that for some reason, this location is a dollar more than the other locations. I always feel like there’s too many cooks in the kitchen over here. I don’t think anybody’s communicating and everybody’s running around like chickens with their head cut off. Not to mention there are like 7 of them?! Why? I’ve received the wrong order multiple times. Not going back.

Went back. Regretfully. They left me in the, wait for your drink line, for 10 mins. I called the store and it took an additional 3 minutes to get my drink out. What a day. They did apologize, but I’ve had too many bad experiences and I’ll be making my coffee at home from now on. They didn’t even give me the correct order. Went there this morning. Had terrible service. Took 3!!! People to take my order. I used to work for starbucks I understand how customer can be but I order a large hot coffee with almond milk. I just wanted to know if the flavor syrups had dairy. The guy working drive through acted like he hated his job. I asked for Hot he thought I said iced. I asked if the french vanilla syrup had dairy in it, he said no found out from two people later it did. I am allergic to dairy, I am not following a fad to lose weight. That's how he me made me feel, and he rolled his eyes. Then a lady came into help, but she did the same thing acted like I was speaking in a different language. Then finally I actually had my question answered from a younger woman. Yes, the french vanilla has dairy in it. I said I can't have the flavored syrup anymore can I just have sugar instead. They got mad and barely put almond milk in my coffee or sugar. If they would have answered my question at the speaker then none of this would have happened. They need people who work drive through or taking customers orders in general need to understand what a customer is saying. It is important and for people like me who have allergies to be heard, and feel safe. I will not be spending my money there again. I hope you guys actually hear what I...

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too. Multiple times I have order a bagel from this location and everytime it is one of the worst bagels I have ever experienced. They do not understand the word "Toasted". Every "Toasted" bagel comes luke warm like it was microwaved instead of toasted, hard as a rock like they are using week old bagels, and with cream cheese that you can tell they do not refrigerate and leave out in warm room temperature as it is a puddle of liquid once spread on there. I have tried to request "Extra Toasted" and it comes out a little black on some edges and the rest of it is a chewy, stale, mess. They obviously dont know how to set the right temperature and timer for the toaster oven or dont care to make changes to benefit their customers. The coffee and donuts from this location is also terrible. The coffee never has any consistency to it even though it is always ordered the same way and it seems to be heavily watered down. The donuts will either be stale or missing half of the frosting so you don't even get what you pay for. From all the other reviews of this location I can tell I am not the only one receiving this experience. I really hope Dunkin Corporate comes down on this location eventually because they do nothing but give Dunkin a...
