About a 30min wait at 1pm on a weekday. Pathetic. There were maybe 6 cars ahead of me to give their order and another 4 ahead of them. No one cares that it took a long time. They don't try to hustle to work faster or anything. I don't think they even track how long the customer has waited like McDonalds does (which you see on their screen if you peek inside). The corporation obviously has no standards for serving time for each customer. If someone waited 30mins at a McDonalds drive-thru you can be sure a manager or someone higher up would try to figure out what went wrong and prevent it from happening again. But at KFC/Taco Bell this is just normal. Nothing happened to make the wait longer that day. They just hire the worst people who are slow and don't care. 6/1/18 problem with drive-thru, asked to come inside 6/15 @ 10:42 AM Drive-thru was not open, was asked to come inside
This store is a disaster. AVOID
7/9/2018 We'll I gave in and visited the store again. Horrible experience. The meal I ordered didn't even have everything in the bag. The lady tried to give me a small drink instead of a large because they didn't have lids for large cups. Ok then give me one size up...
Read moreHonestly, this IS NOT food. Mexican style filler meat. I read about a lawsuit from some years back, brought by an Atlanta lawyer accusing Pepsico (parent co.) that the "beef" taco meat used in the tacos was less than 50% beef. You cannot call it "beef" legally if that is the case and sure enough- AFTER CAREFULLY EXAMINING THE MENU: They do not have the word "beef" anywhere in reference to their "crunchy" or "soft" iconic tacos. Look for yourself- no mention of the word "beef" anywhere near the "crunchy" or "soft" tacos..!?
I assume this is because the lawsuit was completely true and Taco Bell was forced not to call them "beef" or use the term "ground beef" further, which was the only point of the lawsuit. The case is very hard to find info on, sealed whatever but I tried it for 1st time in 20 years and it was so gross, can't understand how I ate it in college. I also wonder how much $$ the company has spent "burying" this info or sealing the lawsuit. Hard case to find info on, but now - the legal effect is on the menu :)
Not being able to use the word...
