Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Litchfield Park

Came into a recently newer Carl jr. off of Camelback in Litchfield Road. A couple of days ago I asked for a fresh hamburger patty because the one I had was not warm enough. The manager heard me speaking with the lady at the register and said to me that if this burger was not right, he would not give me, my money back. I never asked him to give me my money back or not. Today I came into the store, and he sees me, and remembers me. He proceeds to tell me that he is not going to replace the burger, that I did not actually ask him to replace. I explained to him I misunderstood what he was saying, and I thought it was awfully Over the top for him to even say that he would replace the burger or not the way that he did. Long story short, I The burger that I received a couple of days ago, was still not hot, but not only that, they put way too much mayo on it, so that every bite was absolutely too much mayonnaise and I couldn’t enjoy the sandwich, needless to say, I did convey that to him. will not visit this jr. ever again, because I do not appreciate the way the manager spoke with me. He was adamant not to either give me a different burger, or , give me my money back. I thought his service was poor and his attitude left much to be desired. I won’t be back at this particular again. I cannot recall the last time I received the level of care and understanding AND service from any establishment that provides direct customer interaction. Tonight, my family and myself were welcomed at this location and it absolutely felt that way. Everyone from the manager, to the individual taking our order, to those who held the door open for us, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left had the kindest attitude and were entirely friendly. It was genuine. We have been to places that look down on special needs people, and we never felt comfortable as we usually get stares and dismissal. This was the first night in 5 months that we were able to go out on a night as a family and back to the same exact place were all were last together. This particular store has 100% the right culture, people, and service that I have not seen in an extremely long time. This is how you open a new location. This part of town has been lacking for a Carl's Jr so nice to see one closer. Drove here for take-out from 107th and McDowell even ordered online and the burger and fries while ready early were still hot when I got home, unlike some closer takeout places... looking at you meat place that just opened off 107th and loop-101.

Just one question though... why have ALL Carl's Jr started skimping on the BBQ on the western bacon cheese burgers (including dbl). This goes for the one at the truck stop off 83rd and the one off Thomas and 75th ave, not to mention the one by Glendale stadium, and including ones I've gone to up in S Colorado. The only moisture on these burgers is the BBQ, and 7+ locations in 2 states and they are ALL skimping on the BBQ sauce. Seriously... spend the extra 1c in sauce and make a better burger... specially...
