As An Award Winning Chef, Best Known for My Famous “Queens Soup” I can say that after Life in the Restaurant Business You’ll find Few Customer Service Professionals As Kind, Welcoming, Friendly, Efficient, and Promotable as Alex, I Hope if any Owner or Manager reads this, they’ll not only print off a copy for his employee file, but also Print Him off a copy for a Job Very well Done, We had been in about four years ago, Had sandwiches once, came back tonight, Alex Remembered Us to a “T” It takes a special kind of individual who occupies any space in their brain for their customers, He was working so hard tonight as the only person in the shop and no coworker in sight, He didn’t Sweat it one bit, and Customer service was beyond a five star, and it didn’t suffer one iota. It’s funny when you think of how many places operate with a whole lot more staff and Can’t perform Their functions anywhere near as smoothly and satisfactorily as Alex, He makes this place a whole lot more than “Just” a Subway, I Hope if there’s any opportunity that arises for someone as kind, calm, and confident as Alex within your company, You’ll offer it to him over anyone else, because I can tell You out of everywhere I’ve been, served, Met, and had the honor of cooking for, that there are very few Alexes’ out there!
Job Well Done Alex, Because of you and your performance tonight, I can say We’ll Be coming back a whole lot more often than four years’ inbetween now and the next time we see you, we’ll be telling everyone about this unexpected Gem of a Subway, And while you can find this food pretty easily in a community, it’s the people like You who Set a Business Apart!
After Just one, or two conversations with Alex, You can tell He has a very bright and promising future ahead in Anything He Does!

P.S. I hate to put the business owner on the spot. but no matter what Alex is Making, He deserves a Raise, and Praise for His Kindness to others and An Exemplary job as a Customer service professional that You’d never expect to find at a Subway...
Read moreI just had the most bizarre experience at this Subway. First, the food was fine as was the guy (Austin) who made the sandwiches. Everything else was unacceptable. There was a young woman there (I would guess 19-20) with blonde hair in a bright yellow sweatshirt and sweat shorts (so.. not in uniform) behind the counter who's behavior was unbelievable. While Austin was making my first sandwich, she comes up to him and loudly says "you know you're f*cking stupid right!?" Then walks away. She starts talking about how she locked the other guy in the walk-in freezer and how funny it is. Are you kidding me? That has to violate OSHA or some sort of policy, or just basic human sense. There was another young woman there who was only half participating in the jackassery and by the time I left was helping Austin wrap the sandwiches and checked me out. Eventually they did let the poor guy out of the walk in, and he was shivering and looked miserable. The woman in yellow kept saying "I bet he's crying in there!" After shoving him back in the walk-in freezer. I've had jobs like this before, I get it: it's slow, only one customer is there at a time but at least LOOK like you're doing your job in front of customers. As Austin was making my final sandwich, the yellow girl got in his face again and said "when you're making sandwiches, ask what kind they want first so it doesn't take you so long!" (I was perfectly satisfied with how fast this sandwich artist was going). Both of the guys looked absolutely miserable and the other woman started to seem fed up. Who was this yellow girl? Does she even work there? If so, she shouldn't anymore. And if I see her there again I will walk right out. I expect a certain level of professionalism when people are on the job, at least when a customer is there. I don't think it's too much to ask to not loudly swear at people trying to do their job and openly bully coworkers. Absolutely...
Read moreThis place is an absolute joke. The new ownership here is completely incompetent. Everytime I walk in it’s a different issue. They never have chocolate chip cookies at dinner time. Does not seem difficult to simply make more through out the day if you are always out at dinner time. The soda machine doesn’t work right half the time and tonight was the cherry on top. I walk in and ask for a flatbread. The worker didn’t even know what a flatbread was and had to be helped. I then ask for my meat and she does not stick the correct amount on, goes to make it like it’s wrap and had to be told 3 times it’s a sandwhich, not a wrap. It was so bad I turned around and walked out. Avoid this place with this new ownership. Will...
