Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Little Elm

This is not an exaggeration at all. Was at my friends house for her birthday, we called in to order two pizzas for delivery. The guy that answered the phone seemed very unaware and inexperienced, we had to repeat ourselves many times, and he would repeat the wrong ingredients back to us. We asked for marinara sauce and he literally did not what that was. We asked for delivery and he didn’t ask for an address, we had to remind him to take it. Then when the order was finished he hung up on us without taking any card information. Our delivery lady had to call back and get it. When the pizza finally did get here, it looked reheated or old. And one of our pizzas came with no cheese. We looked and receipt said that we asked for no cheese, when we did IN FACT ask for cheese on both pizzas. But again, the guy taking the order was very unengaged with us. We called back to ask for a remake, and the guy who took our complaint seemed lovely. But then our pizza proceeded to never arrive. Very unpleasant experience all in all, will not be ordering from this...

Ordered to pick up. Arrived after 17mins and the monitor displayed my name that the pizza is at prep. No one was at the front to ask me so I sat down assuming that the order wasn’t ready. After 30 mins the lady who was making pizza came and asked me why I need? I said I’m here to pick up my order but the monitor still shows PREP. She then started arguing me that I had to communicate with them, I says who do I need to communicate with if no one is at the desk if asked me if I needed help. The lady was so rude and probably had a bad day already. Very disappointed with her service. The pizza was sitting there for 20 mins and I was waiting there by the counter. Staff at this location is pathetic, unprofessional. I called them to inquire my order which was transferred from another location. First of all they didnt call me myself which the other location manager said they should have done. On my first attempt the guy who took my call acted as if he is not able to understand. I thought may be he is really not able to get my voice. I called again right away, someone picked my receiver and put it back right away to disconnect the call. I called third time again and another guy took my call and said can i hold... i waited for some time and than disconnected and dialed again this time again they acted if they are not able to understand what i am explaining.
