Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Little Rock

Whomever owns this Franchise needs to be aware that they may be loosing money! I visited this location on 3/31/24 a little after 8 pm. I ordered 3 10 pieces of chicken only and 2 large fries. I immediately felt bad for ordering so much chicken. I felt the attitude on the speaker by the heavy set light skin female. I was never greeted when I got to the window, the man had a look, as if he was upset and I apologized for ordering food that I paid for. He didn't give me eye contact and didn't want to open his mouth to talk, but I think he said it had been a long day. I was told to drive around to wait for my food, which I did. After about 10 to 15 minutes I got my food but they left out one of my large fries, which I had to point out and was told it was in the bag. I waited for 5 minutes went inside and then back to my car and back in and everyone except the cook, was looking angry and as if they did not want to be there. I finally got my fries the food was hot and fresh, but I will not be going back, due to the horrible customer service. I will stick to the location in Bryant or even the location on Geyer Springs. And again this location is loosing money, because who want to buy food from a location that will have you feeling bad for ordering food and they close at 10 pm, so I didn't get why the attitude. Just visited this location for the first and last time. They asked for my order at the drive through then went silent. A few minutes later, another person comes on with an attitude and tells me that it will be around a 6 minute wait. I said that was fine, and was met with a few minutes more of silence until a man came on a took my order for the 3rd time. With an attitude he stated that the only sides available were mashed potatoes, cole slaw, and mac and cheese. Literally half of the sides listed on the menu. I then asked if I could get ranch with my order. He then informed me that they were out of dipping sauce. At that point I decided to just drive away. They didn't have the majority of the items I asked for, but had the audacity to be rude and disrespectful. I'll go elsewhere...

I mean, what can you do? There aren't many restaurants on this side of town. The city isn't investing in this community...that being said, if you don't have somewhere you need to be This is your joint. They took forever to get the orders completed ahead of me. Their saving grace is the chicken was immaculate. Crispy, fresh-n-hot, and juicy. I asked for hot sauce, but they were out. The cashier offered me some powder packet. Warning- If you're eating in your vehicle because you're running late from waiting in line, don't accidentally inhale this stuff. Had me coughing and eyes watering It did taste good though. I could've passed on the spicy/dirty rice. I will order from them again, if I'm on that...
