Subway — Restaurant in Little Rock

So I was just talked into discussing the issue I had with this particular subway at night. I usually am the type to let things go for my own health but this was unacceptable and I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience this. On September 15, 2023 @8:15 My family and I decided to grab subway on the way home from the gym and as we’re pulling up we can see that a brown skin girl mopping the left side of the restaurant seemingly avoiding the entrance while a Hispanic girl is standing at the cash register. We go to open the door and it’s locked mind you subway doesn’t close til 9pm it was only 8:15pm and on the website it says that they were open which is the only reason we stopped by. We go to open the door and the brown skin girl yells “WE’RE CLOSED!” I ask “so y’all don’t close at 9 while holding my phone up?” Then she repeatedly yells the same thing over again. So my family and I go to the car and while we’re figuring out what we’re going to eat next the Hispanic girl is pointing at us and the brown skin girl shrugs her shoulders and They start laughing and shrugging. Then I start recording because their attitudes were unacceptable and they shouldn’t be working in a public establishment especially if they’re gonna close and lock the doors 40+ minutes before they close. My old self would’ve gotten back out but I’m changing that was just something someone should check in on. My family definitely felt disrespected...

This Subway has some serious service issues. I can recall on multiple occasions in the past year walking up and being met with locked doors during their advertised hours, typically not long before they're supposed to close up for the day. I don't even try coming after 7:30 at this point. Online ordering is offline, and it has NEVER worked at this location as far as I can recall. They also wouldn't accept large bills the last time I tried to pay with $100, so I had to scramble to find something smaller or leave empty-handed despite offering them perfectly good money. And then other times, they can ONLY accept cash because their card payment system is down. I'd come here more often if this place consistently followed the basic business standards most other fast food joints adhere to. The food is usually fresh and tastes decent, but it takes more than that to keep customers satisfied and...

Only 1 girl worked and she stated the Owner had given her about an hour of training then left her and wasn't answering the phone, (like he told her he would), when she had questions. They were unable to make the new chicken salad sandwich(no chicken salad), dippers(no flatbread), or pretzels(they were frozen). All that you could order was the basic sandwich. The girl was really sweet and being a good sport. It definitely wasn't her fault, as the owner just selfishly "threw her to the wolves." The power to the fountain drink machine wasn't on and no "Out of order" sign was on the front. She stated she was told it wasn't working. There were bottled drinks stocked in a cooler. I'm sure corporate would not be happy with how this store...
