Fish Market — Restaurant in Little Rock

Update from 5 months ago:I told myself months ago i would never go back to this Fish Market & I did... Today i pay for my dinner & extra pickles. Before i could ask for the condiments he called the next person then he said go over there go over there I said excuse me you haven't even gave me my condiments or gave me time to ask you for them.. So I walk to the table to get out of his way check my food and went back to the counter and ask for the extra pickles no no that's too much I said excuse me again I paid for them he snatches my plate out of my hand(I turned the other cheek) he go to the back add 2 pickles at least that's what it look like come back pass me the plate and give me this evil dirty look😳 I left that s* on the table! I wish I would put that in mouth..!! The way his attitude setup it was no sense of asking for a refund cuz it would have been a problem a big problem because I wasn't sure I could turn the other cheek! First time customer below I paid $10 for a 2 piece dinner with fries asked for ketchup he gave me 1 package not container..wth..i asked for 2 or 3 more he insinuated the next time he would have to charge me more. I politely took the packages and told him that it will never be a next time for me. Loves Fish Market charges $10 for a 3 piece fillet anyway..i was just in the area and gave them my business..over all the fish was fresh could have been cooked harder.. Owner needs to understand if you have fries 1 package of ketchup is not enough should consider going to containers of ketchup since they literary count...

I don’t even know where to start, well yes I do. The fish was fresh, and seasoned very well. I haven’t ate there since before the new owner bought it. Fish Market has been my go to for years, but I don’t think I’ll return after this visit!!! So, it went alittle like this I received my meal open my fries decided to eat one despite the look of them being extra greasy as if they were left in grease or refried!! And instantly all that squeezed into my mouth was grease. I immediately walked in very politely and asked Mr.Greg could he have me some fresher fries made, and I explained what was wrong with the current ones which they were really greasy. His response a after he took them, well i mean they are fried is grease. Along with that comment his friend/customer laughed. I was very insulted at that point, so im telling the customer what’s exactlyyyyy funny. I asked for my money back minus the fish, he exchanged more words. Ended up giving me $2.00. Anyways, fast forward Mr. Greg says I never get have complaints, but’s it’s always that one customer. I guess your having a bad day, I’m like no I’m most definitely not. But, the most customer service driven thing to do was apologize for the inconvenience and just remake the fries. Everything else was extra for no reason, i can’t believe all that went down over me saying can you politely make my fries over. But, I guess losing one customer...

I have always loved catfish tails, so I was really excited to read the reviews of The Fish Market. I made arrangements to meet two of my best friends here. My friends ordered the fillets and said they were wonderful. I ordered a large order of catfish tails and buffalo ribs. My friend's fillets were wonderful, golden brown, and very tasty. My buffalo ribs were golden brown and very tasty. The catfish tails I received looked nothing like my friend's fillets. They weren't fully breaded, were overcooked, and much of the meat had been exposed to the frying oil and were brown, very greasy, and inedible. This was so disappointing. I ate two of the tails and threw the rest in the trash. It distresses me to post such a negative review of a highly rated, locally owned business, but I am still having ill effects of the greasy, overcooked...
