Completely unacceptable. I tried to pick up my online order and had 3 LRPD officers called on me.
I placed an order for pickup on Sunday, August 15th as a last minute dinner option before leaving town the next day. The store was closed when I arrived, even though Google Maps said they were open and the Subway app let me place the order. I was charged for the order before I picked it up. I went to a different store to purchase dinner for that night.
I left the state from August 16th-August 24th. After returning, I contacted the store on the 26th and was advised that a refund could not be processed to the card. I would need to come in-person for either a cash refund or to pick the order up.
Upon my arrival and attempt to explain the situation, the assistant manager begrudgingly allowed the employee on duty to begin making the order. She kept insisting "You better leave us a tip! Just put the money in the jar" to which I replied that I had no cash and had already paid for the order with my credit card. After this point, she suddenly changed her mind, removed the half-made sandwhiches and called 911 about an "unruly customer". I continued to wait to my food to be made. Eventually the order was made (by the other employee), and when I went to take my food and leave, I saw there were 3 officers who had entered the building behind me. I gave them my information, took my food and left.
This is completely unacceptable and absolutely outrageous. I will never visit this Subway location again, and the assistant manager I dealt with should never be allowed to be employed at a Subway again.

The employee heading it up was very rushed. Wanted to know everything about the sandwhich before she even got the bread out then asked and did the same for 2 other customers while working on mine. This resulted in her ignoring my request to be double toasted and instead toasting it along with 2 other 6 inches for another customer
I even had to ask for the buffalo sauce to be added before toasting which is not a problem at any other subway. Buffalo sauce goes directly on the chicken but under the cheese It's simple. Instead I got the sauce on the cheese, and really just halfass spread cause it wasnt even enough for the chicken.
Then at the end, I'm wondering why I got charged more than normal. I have to reach over the desk to get my receipt because they didnt give it to me. So while I'm taking a moment to notice that the menu has it listed at 9.49 plus tax and I was charged 10.59 plus tax, before I even say anything I'm interrupted with a rude "have a nice day sir" so I mention what I noticed and they brush it off with "prices got raised"...

When you order double meat at this one, you get double. And they do not chince on the buffalo sauce for those baffalo chicken subs you love so much. They did seem to be undergoing a cleaning or a refurbishing. Busy street, which sucks. Not one favored for making a left east on markham. Fine, if you're struggling on your way west. The server was friendly. Dont understand the tip option...... but hey, that's subway, right? Many subways in little rock are really lacking on portions. Great value for the dollar. Again, subway... stop with the tipping. Either pay them better or pay them service wages.... its a slap in the face to ever waiter, server, or service industry worker that relys on tips to make...
