Came here to eat with my bros, only reason Im giving 2 stars is because 2 of my friends work here and they are awesome people.

We ordered food and it was delicious, however there was literally no customer service from the staff. We did not get greeted when we walked in, was not offered a table, server just threw menus on our table after we found a semi clean one to sit at and then dipped to eat some wings 🤣 Felt like our presence was a burden. We also had another friend join us at the end of our time there, he had already ate dinner prior to showing up and only wanted their desert toffee cake. The lady that interacted with him had an attitude and was acting weird when he was asked if he could go ahead and pay for it before receiving it. Then proceeded to get even uglier because he didn't include a tip on the receipt because of the way she was acting, keep in mind it was a 4-5$ cake so tipping 20% would be 80 cents 🤨. She proceeded to walk around and mutter stuff under her breath and then came back and said “you do know we live off tips right?” and brought his receipt back to him… He was there maybe 5-10 minutes and didn't even like the cake.

If you live off tips then I highly recommend that you try to learn proper customer service so that you can actually earn the money you’re looking to get, Or find a new job so you don't make people feel unwelcome when they come to eat at your...

I ate at The Pizza Cafe for the first time on Saturday, April 2nd, 2022. My Mom decided to take me there for my birthday dinner. I'm a pizza fanatic, so I was very excited to try this place. It's definitely a 5 star rating from me, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My mom ordered a Caesar Salad, a large pepperoni, a large margarita, and my husband had a sandwich! Everyone was raving about the food, including me. All of it was amazing, but my favorite was the pizza! Absolutely delicious; perfectly baked, perfect proportion of toppings, and I love the twist in the crust - a very nice touch. They have a decent beer and wine selection; Mom got a merlot, my sister got Diamond Bear on draft!

The staff members were all very attentive, and we enjoyed joking around with them. Very chill. The restaurant may be a tad small on the inside, but they have ample outdoor seating out on the patio, which is lovely. I actually appreciate the small, hole-in-the-wall feel of the place. It's very intimate, the decor is very oldschool and rustic. They had candles lit, they smelled so good, and really added to the ambiance. All in all, I was very impressed with this place and will be back! I most...

We came here as they were on the Arkansas Times Best of the Best and we wanted to try something new. The staff was pleasant. The dining room and restrooms were clean.

That being said, it took nearly an hour to get our food. They were busy with takeout orders and we were patient. Two beers and a water refill later, we received the pizza.

I’ve, honestly, had better day-old frozen pizza. The cheese was burned, the toppings were minimal and the crust was so hard you literally could not eat it without damaging your gums.

Well past the hunger threshold and knowing we couldn’t wait another hour, we pushed through the pizza flavored cracker rather than complain.

Perhaps this was an anomaly but based on a combination of the ingredients and preparation, we not only do not recommend the establishment, we will actively discourage friends and family from taking the chance of a similarly waste of money and ruined meal.

All other complain aside, see the image. They chose to serve this visually unappealing pizza fail… on purpose.

Great pizza! Popular pizza place for many, many years in the Midtown area. Di and Daughter went there yesterday because The Buffalo Grill next door was way too crowded. Glad we did. Pizza was out of this world. Side salad and ranch dressing was great. Service excellent and nice and cozy atmosphere. The Italian sausage on my side of pizza was excellent. Daughter got a vegetarian side with huge artichokes and stuff. Both sides were out of this world. Try some honey packets (located on the table) on your pizza crust. Wow!! Priced right place to eat.

Went there with my high school aged niece and in her words, it was a vibe. I can see myself meeting friends here for pizza and drinks dining out in the patio in cooler weather. The decor was eclectic and the pizza was bussin' (another niece descriptor). I live near by so I'll most definitely be back both for dine in and delivery. Side note: I'm a ranch dressing connoisseur and their house made parmesan ranch makes the grade!
