My friend took me to Trios to celebrate my birthday. I was excited as that was my first time. She ordered Greek quiche (veg) with salad and I ordered Lorraine quiche with fruit. Waitress said it has bacon, I said I know it and I am fine with it. Food was served by another guy and it was greek for both. I said mine supposed to be Lorraine. He went back to check and said the waitress says we both ordered same. We both told him that wasnât right. He was very nice and requested me if I can wait and itâs going to take long time. I said if itâs not ready, I am fine with whatever he brought and not to worry. He was very apologetic and we said itâs alright. The waitress avoided us for sometime and comes by little later when we were almost finishing and asks if everything ok. We thought she was going to say sorry for the mess up but she never acknowledged. After we had our dessert she gave us the bill and never came back to take the bill. Finally we were tired of waiting, went to front to pay. She was there and said sorry for the wait and kept doing what she was doing. Never acknowledged her mistake. The quick lunch took over 2 hours, most of the tables around us emptied and we felt very insulted and missed our appointment waiting for her. I wanted to walk out long ago but, didnât want to make a scene and hurt my friend. But, definitely not going back. Food was great and ambiance was great but, I donât want to be treated like that again. Final straw was, while walking out we saw some people eating the...
Read moreMy experience was so surprising. When I approached the establishment the workers were ready for valet and doors opened right on time for 11. I went straight to the bar area and started looking around and saw myself surrounded by various seniors in the building. I felt a little uncomfortable at first but once you sit there everybody is laid back and the servers are wonderful! I started with the peach margarita that did not let me down at all and then I ordered the crab dip which was so meaty full of meat and the cheese wasnât so overwhelming. I got the lunch BLT which I didnât get a pic of đ but itâs loaded with bacon avocado and yellow tomatoes for a sweet taste. I then got bolder and ordered the lavender martini that just gave such a relaxing taste of lavender and liquor just the right amount on both ends. BIG SHOUT OUT TO MY WAITER I DID FORGET HIS NAME BUT WHEN I DO I WILL EDIT HIS NAME ON HERE HE MADE MY DRINKS AND MADE SURE I WAS GOOD THE WHOLE TIME BUT MY HAT TIPS TO MS.    Read moreHad a waiter named Mark, definitely not a good server. The busser had more personality than he. Mark worked at a snails pace, he grabbed our appetizer plate without asking if we were done with it when it still had food on it, and when we asked for a to-go box he picked up only one of our plates to put in it. The busser came out and asked how things were and asked if we were done with everything, he took my fiancé's plate to put in a to-go box as well, I wish I would have gotten his name because he was great. The busser came back with my fiancé's to-go box before the waiter came back with mine and when the waiter came back he asked if we wanted the ticket (um, hello? Don't you think we need the ticket if you want us to pay for our meal especially since you already gave us our to-go boxes and you already asked if we wanted dessert). 5 min later we finally got the ticket, another 5 min he picked up our payment. My fiancé felt like because we weren't dressed fancy like the other patrons, he didn't care how he treated us. The food was pretty good, but not worth the high dollar amount they charge. I had the chicken salad sandwich and my fiancé had the Milano chicken which was smaller portion than he expected for the price. We also shared the hot crab dip which was...
