This cake was one of the worst professional cakes I have ever purchased. Kroger bakery has done better. It is a good thing that they have pre-made cakes, so you can be sure you know what you are getting. Buy one already done or go somewhere else.

I fell in love with the cake on display, with beautiful spires on top and border on the bottom. Unfortunately, I went for a custom look, and apparently, when you customize, they remove the glamor of the cake and only add the minimum. My cake did not include the spires, bottom border, or look glamorous at all. Beware of how you order, I would recommend not customizing. Wonder if this is the reason they have no photos of their custom cakes on the menu or Facebook site.

I picked up the cake Friday after work for a Saturday morning party. Samantha and Sara Cate were awesome (the only good part of my experience), and they noted my expectations, they tried to make it right but they were neither the decorator nor had they originally taken my order. Thankfully, they let me know that the decorator would be in early the next day, and because it was already baked, it would not take long to correct. Sara Cate was great as seeing the vision and was so patient and kind during my frustrated explanation of my cake goals. I knew that she got it and was going to make it right.

To my devastation, the next day the decorator was running late and had not even arrived when I was there to pick up my cake (admittedly 20min ahead of when I told Sara Cate in efforts to have it as soon as possible). The final straw that added insult to injury. Save your time and money, and...

I saw this place all over Little Rock Tik Tok recommendations, so had to come try this place after dinner with my family. My dad got the about $10 option where they split a cupcake in half and filled the middle with ice cream, which I’d say is worth $10 because it’s a 16 oz cup filled with ice cream and then like a $5 cupcake. I got the Reese’s peanut butter cupcake, and to be honest I was a little disappointed with the whole thing. The icing was thick and good quality, but it was heavy and the cupcake crumbled underneath it. It was extremely light cake- when you undid the wrapper, it just fell apart. This also didn’t taste good, when the textures were so contrasting. The peanut butter flavor is good, but is a little too sweet. My mom got the lemon and had the same issue- so sweet, and cake that should have been a bit more dense. I think that honestly, we would have liked these cupcakes more if the server was nicer, too- she had a bad attitude which immediately made me not like the cupcakes. It was on a Tuesday evening and it wasn’t that she was outright rude, she just seriously seemed depressed. I felt scared to ask her questions because I thought she was going to get mad at me, she’d answer in a tiny voice and seem annoyed. Then again, she was also scheduled to work alone and it was getting busy, so I get that. For the high prices, I’m just going to go to another local business...

If you're ever in the heights, no scratch that, if you're ever in Little Rock and you have a sweet tooth and a craving for some delicious ice cream or Cupcakes, do yourself a favor and go see the friendliest staff and get the best ice cream/cupcakes around at Caked Up Little Rock!

Every time we go in, we are greeted with a smile and just an absolute warmth by the employees that make you feel like you are really wanted! They ask you if it's your first time there and if it is, they begin to educate you on the different varieties of treats that they have and will actually let you sample pretty much everything until you find what your taste buds desire! The girls are so friendly and personable on top of being excellent sales people because we went in for just a scoop of ice cream and ended up leaving with two scoops, cupcakes, and some for later! Which is a testament to the employees who make Caked Up the success that it is and right outside is the beautiful neighborhood, lights, and atmosphere of the heights with plenty of benches and places to sit to be able to enjoy your ice cream outside in a wonderful atmosphere!
