Stopped by, admittedly a little close to close. Placed order, and spoke with window clerk about the deal on menu. She asked the line cook I guess, but not sure what she said. Seemed as if they didn’t know what I was talking about… (Menu clearly states $5 6 boneless wings w/ small crinkle cut fries. Or $6 9 piece boneless wings with small crinkle cut fries.) I leave without checking bag & notice I am missing the fries, even though I spoke with the lady at the window. No big deal - I return expecting to just get some fries and leave… however, I assume, the woman from the back who was trying to tell the cashier it wasn’t a thing, came on the intercom and told me, rudely, that I somehow ordered it wrong?? There’s no numbers, etc. but I just stated what the menu said, and from my interaction it seemed more as if they were not familiar with their menu or what I was talking about…
This is fast food - I don’t expect much, but the order was simple, clearly stated on the menu and instead of honoring what was shown, I was somehow at fault. I work in the service industry myself, so small things like this can certainly be annoying - but, the solution is always so simple. Customer first, especially when you’ve got a giant menu displaying what...
Read moreI hadn't been to Arby's in quite a while. I looked forward to my visit and was disappointed in my visit to put it lightly. Aside from the significant rise in prices my entire experience wasn't a value at all in good quality or service.
To pay nearly $35 for three combo meals, I had a reasonably high expectation that my food would be at least warm and prepared correctly. Unfortunately, the sandwich was thrown together and served room temperature at best. My curly fries (the item I was excited for the most) were un seasoned and cold. I understand mistakes happen and went to the counter for them to address the issues. I was told that just warm is how the sandwich was supposed to be served and I would have to 'just wait' until more fries were ready and 'we are busy so it will be a while'
A simple 'I sorry that happend' and someone that seemed even mildly interested in fixing my problems would have been absolutely fine. I wasn't looking for any thing for free, just my order made correctly and fixed. That was not my experience and will be the last time I visit this location. For the amount of money that Arby's charges for it's food, thier standard of service and execution should be set...
Read moreI rarely review fast food places, but when I do it is because they have either excelled or failed in a massive way. This particular Arby's restaurant location in Littleton has excelled in many ways. I have to say that the food at Arby's is good, consistent and tasty, but not haute cuisine, as we all know. That being said, I have never had a poorly done sandwich, fries or other menu item here. They have never gotten my order wrong. They have always remembered to ask if I needed sauces or anything else to make my dining experience more pleasant. They have always been polite, courteous, kind, helpful and offered service with a smile. This cannot be said of all Arby's - this franchisee knows how to do it right. I frequently take Clients of my charity here to have a good meal in a nice environment. It is always clean and well maintained, a truly pleasant thing to see in a fast food place. Overall, this Arby's deserves to be given kudos and others need to look at it as an example of how to run a...
